2020 Hyundai PALISADE consumer reviews

This car met all my needs. I love it! The only thing it needs is the pedals to move forward because I'm so short. However, I've got it set right where I want it now...

Test drove a Front-Drive SEL with the 2 package upgrades. Handling/acceleration was nice for a 3-row and visibility was good with plenty of driver adjustments. I was a little taken aback after reading reviews that had touted the "luxury" feel of this car - maybe it's more feature-rich than the usual Hyundai, but it's not on par with Acura/Volvo/Lexus at all. I didn't think the 3rd row access was that comfortable, either. But what really got me was when it came to looking at pricing - the dealer was putting a $3,800 premium ("Locality charges", "sealant", etc) on top of the Full MSRP. That really undercuts the headlining feature for this car of "Exceptional Value". So be aware when you go to look at this vehicle - you're not likely to negotiate anything below MSRP and may end up paying more than that.

After 3 American car's, 4 Subaru's, and 16 NISSANS. I CAN WITHOUT A DOUBT. State, THAT MY HYUNDAI PALISADE 2020 IS THE MOST CONFORTABLE CAR, elegant in design, and so far RELIABLE. Service departments, reluctancy in accommodations to consumer, force me to try different car makers. After having tested 4 different foreign manufactures, HYUNDAI and Honda got our full attention. MY Daughter deciden for the smaller SUV. NO REGRETS OF ANY KIND SO FAR. Of course, five stars might become less in the future, as The Palisade is so new. But so far it is awesome.

OK vehicles with the problem from the beginning. Replacement part arrival expected in 6 weeks. Feel sorry bought it to replace my Subaru Forester (had same problem plus many more). Couldn't wait to get rid of it.

Outstanding styling, great color combination between the exterior and the interior. It has more than enough power and it drives like a dream. I can not wait to hit the highway on a long trip.

When we decided to buy a 3-row SUV, we were exhaustive in our research and finally narrowed it to the Kia Telluride, Subaru Ascent, and the Palisade. We test drove them multiple times and kept coming back to the Hyundai. We were going to go with the Limited trim package until we discovered thru the Hyundai website that we could start with an SEL trim with AWD and add the convenience + premium + drive guidance packages which is 90% of the limited pkg (with the sportier wheels and grill) for $4000 less! Thru the website we could search for inventory in a 250 mile radius and found one about 3 hours away. It was worth the trip and absolutely loved it from the first mile! Very luxurious, smooth and quiet, lots of room and high tech! I think we found the best bang for our buck!!!

I had a Subaru outback touring and was going for the ascent model. But was advised to look at the Hyundai palisade before deciding. Told my wife to check them out and she was like wow no comparison. She drove the Palisade Limited and was totally impressed with the features and the way it drove. She felt like she was in heaven. Purchased it on 12/26/2019.

The car is comfortable, handles well, quiet and is well thought out. Acceleration isn’t a neck snapper, but it performs well. We first looked at the Kia sister, the Telluride, but chose the Palisade instead and glad we did. I guess it’s a preference thing. Palisade has set the bar for SUV’s now. We are happy with it so far.

We were looking for a comfortable 8 seater. We had a Honda Pilot which we liked, but getting people into and out of the third row seat was not easy. The Palisade solves that problem. We bought the base model and we feel like we're driving a top of the line luxury car
