Luxury 7 seat crossover
The Palisade offers luxury features expected of high end european suv. The array of easy to use safety features made this an easy choice for our family.
Nicest Vehicle I've Ever Owned
This Hyundai Palisade is NICE! Looks great, comfortable interior, on par with entry and mid-level "luxury" makes like BMW, Cadillac, Infiniti, etc. Smooth, enjoyable ride; a pleasure to drive. Plenty of room. PRO: quiet cabin, room in the 3rd row for small adults, tons of technology and safety features, adequate power, decent gas mileage, unique styling, great value for the money CON: the styling might not appeal to all, base trim is maybe a little too basic, no fog lights, rear license plate lights not LED If you want a luxury ride for a not-luxury price, this is for you. If you have a medium or large size family, this is for you. If you do a lot of driving or commuting, this is for you. If you want sporty or off-road, this is not for you. Compare it to its competition like the Explorer, Highlander, Atlas, CX-9, Pathfinder, or Pilot and you might find that on balance, the Palisade beats them all. This is just plain a great vehicle!
Problems
Avoid this company at all cost. They continually refuse to help on the extensive problems we have had with the 2020 Hyundai Palisade. Just search Palisade Wind noise and toxic smell on google. You should never need to visit the dealer 4 times for the same problem (engine light) before you get to 1400 miles. A lot of problems with this new model. Corporate assign a representative (Paige) that was basically useless. She said up front there is not much they will do. From the start I was nothing more then a problem she needed to get off her books. Just recieved a message from her that basically said sorry about your luck. This company may be good in other parts of the world but here in the US they do not stand by their product.
Only had for 4 days but so far love it!
This car is a size down from our previous vehicle which was a QX56. This vehicle more than meets our needs and expectations. VERY, VERY Comfortable and fun to drive.
Safety was top priority along with warranty
This car has been the best value for the money providing safety, comfort and insurance with their 5 yr- 60k warranty and 100k on the power train. You can't beat the amenities that are included in this vehicle. Way above BMW & Mecedes Benz in my opinion.
COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!!
The vehicle is stunningly beautiful and elegant for the price point in the mid 30's. The gas mileage has been better than advertised! Last week I was out and driving in torrential rain, and all the safety features made for a reassuring driving experience. Overall a month in and I couldn't be happier!!!
Poor quality glass
As many owners are discovering, the windshield will chip and spider from the slightest of objects. There is a class action lawsuit in the US for this problem, hopefully Hyundai acknowledges this and offers to pay for repairs/replacements just like Kia has for the Telluride. The windows and sun roof have a terrible seal while driving on the highway. I couldn’t get the sunroof to close while on the highway and the wind noise is very loud from the driver and passenger side windows, especially if there is any cross wind. This vehicle is loaded with cool tech and nice features for an affordable price. Just remember that you get what you pay for.
Very luxurious
Not sure why people are hung up on “luxury” brands like MB, BMW, etc. This suv cost $46K. Has every safety options available. It doesn’t have power folding mirrors, wow. I’d rather save thousands to give that up
Just purchased the vehicle. Only test drove it .
I was very impressed when I test drove it so only time will tell how it performs . It had all the features I wanted in the car. I feel that it is a bit over priced though.
What a great bang for your buck
Not only is this car beautiful inside and out but it’s very reliable and has some great safety features built in. In addition to the safety features this car has Dom incredible luxury features as well that you would never find in a vehicle priced in the mid 40s. Overall we couldn’t be happier with this vehicle and the space that it allows for a family of 5.
