Fun Sports Car with the Luxury of Infinity

I've owned a G35 coupe for 4+yrs and love it. It's sporty suspension is great for windy roads and the engine revs up to almost 7,000 RPM for that extra power! The G35 offers the best balance of sports car and luxury car on the road in my opinion.

Infiniti G35 2007

Great comfortable and fast car.Very responsive and easy on the gas(only takes premium).Only complaint is that getting out is kind of a hassle,I usually always hit my foot on the door.

Excellent and Versatile Sedan

I have owned a 2007 G35xi for the last 3 1/2 years and have driven Infiniti cars for nearly 11 years. I highly recommend the car. Strong points: Performance - speed and handling are excellent for a vehicle at this price point. Luxury - While not overwhelming, you certainly know that you are in luxury car line. Reliability - Tremendously reliable cars with very few mechanical issues. Traction - AWD model is exceptionally sure footed. Refinement - Compared to the previous generation, this is very smooth riding vehicle. Deficiencies: Reat back seat leg room - This is not the car for 2 adults to ride in the backseat for extended periods, especially if the front occupants are tall. Routine service appointments are not inexpensive.

Fun Car to Drive!!

I have driven Accord's for over 15 years and I wanted to step up to something with a little more gusto. I have owned my 07 G35X for 6 months and I am still thoroughly impressed with this vehicle. If you like to drive and test a car this one will not disappoint as it handles well and the acceleration is wonderful. The only negatives I can think of is the internal cargo room it is limited and small but not a deal breaker. The car is thirsty so before you buy plan accordingly especially if you are upgrading from Prius!

Best value for the money

I was initially looking for is250, but i saw this car at the dealership, and love it. For the same year (2007), this car is 2-3K less than is250, while options are similar. But definitely this car has better performance than the is250. The is250 is more comfy. One complain: the music box (9.5GB) is useless. You can only record it if it's music cd (not mp3) from the in-dash cd player. The compact flash can't be recorded to the music box.

I don't think I will buy another one

Ok, I bought this car new in Aug 2007. I only drive it on the weekends and on long road trips. It currently only has 19K miles on it. First, the car handles and performs like a true sports car. The only draw back that it requires to run on Premium gas 91 and with only 26 to 28 miles per gallon on the hwy, it does hurt the pocket book. It also has a weird break noise in the morning, or when the car hasn?t been driven for a few hours. Some of the interior paint from the steering wheel is coming off, and I had the dealer to replace the trim around the driver?s window. Also the driver side window is making an odd sound when I let the window up/down. I didn't have these problems on my previous Nissan cars, so I didn't expect these problems on the Infinity.

Birthday gift...

I wanted a sports car with performance...but I got a 2008 4 door g35X AWD and auto. The car has no options. 280+ Hp is nice, but power to weigh does not go well. Gas miles owns...I get on average 24-25 with the VSA off. My mom over paid of the car because we got the car use. So, the trade in valve for the car was around 18k-20k depending on the condition. But, clearly dealerships will ALWAYS jack people on the trade in to make money(a good reason to hate car max...) Then the dealer tired to sale the car to use at 28k. I asked what did they do. they changed the brakes, rotors, and detailed the car. Nevertheless, we got the car for 21k even with all the taxes and title (32k miles on the car). The value for the money is low because 1. you over pay. 2. you over pay in high octane gas (takes me 50$ to fill up $$3.00 Per gallon over here). 3. 2x the amount of you need to up keep. (tires and oil comfort: I thought the suspension would be much softer like in the FX 35 +, but that is they trade off from sport to comfort. The car is a bit bumpy. Exterior styling: Much better then the 2002 years. Interior is nice: Would want more like from the 370z reliability: I am currently at 66k miles nothing wrong. had to get new...tires, balance N alignment atf, oil, coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and leather treatment on the seats.

Sharp car, nice power

I just love this car. I just bought it slightly used (20,000 miles) and love the interior quality, the look, and the power of the engine. On my first day out, a Porsche 911 wanted to race me, which for me was quite a change from my Honda. The styling is similar to the new G37, and am so glad that I chose this one over some German rivals such as Audi and BMW who are known to have reliability issues.
