2016 Jeep Cherokee consumer reviews

The best mid-size SUV hands down. I've put a lot of miles on a 2014 Grand Cherokee and the 2016 is much improved. The power steering doesn't make that whirring noise (yet!), the shifter is SO much better than the previous electronic version, it's buttery smooth now. My only criticisms of the Grand Cherokee so far: The auto start/stop is not for everyone, there should be a way to disable it by default and not have to press the button on each start up. It's actually kind of safety hazard, I find myself making more rolling "California" stops so that I can avoid it from turning the engine off. No Apple CarPlay support, would love to see this supported on all Uconnect versions. They got rid of the dual exhaust, not a big deal but might be for some. They moved the backseat hand handles from the top roof to the front sides, not sure this was a great move seeing as the Grand Cherokee is more of a luxury SUV than off-road where you might need the forward handles.

Exemplary service, above and beyond expectations, they could have worked a replacement part but performed the service that was needed. I teuely appreciate the fact that they didn’t milk the i come pitential for what they could have gotten from me.

So far I love the Jeep. I was concerned with the 4 cylinder engine but it has plenty of power for my needs. The exhaust sounds loud but I’m not sure yet if anything is wrong. I got a warranty that should cover it if there is anything wrong.

This vehicle met all my needs, comfort, style, and the price was exactly in my range. I never thought of purchasing a Jeep until my sales associate from Auto Lenders sent me a few to look at online. The vehicle was exactly as pictured and I drove it home the same day I took it for a test drive.

Fun to travel in. Cruises at interstate speeds very comfortably. The sound and information system is well designed and easy to learn and use. Feels and sounds solid.

Not sure why there is low milage. Keep waiting for the other shoe to drop. Leather seats nice and comfortable. Experienced a mild transmission hiccup the other day while slowing down. I think it has to do with the goofy CA emissions thing that "turns the car off" during a stoplight. Sometimes it works, sometimes that CA thing doesnt. Don't like it. You have to keep turning it off everytime you restart the car. Thats the worst feature about this Jeep,

SO FAR I LOVE THE SUV JEEP I PURCHASED. BUT I FEEL I PAID WAY TO MUCH MONEY FOR IT FROM FLAWLESS AUTO IN WOODBRIDGE NEW JERSY BECAUSE OF ALL THE HIDDEN FEES THAT WERE ADDED ON!!

This Cherokee Limited is perfect for my work as a General Contractor for visiting clients, job sites, and various offices and locations during the day. IT size makes it perfect for small sites and it comfort and mileage makes it affordable to drive all day.

I wouldnt hesitate to reccommend this vehicle, top notch. Jeep went up and beyond to put all the bells and whistles added to comfort. I would definately purchase another.
