We purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee North from Sayer Chrysler Jeep on January 18, 2024. We had been looking around for the last few months. Mostly at 2021 and 2022 models. We were just getting ready to go to Salt Lake the next morning to look at a couple of 2022s. My wife had noticed this 2020 model previously with extremly low miles. We decided to drive up to Idaho Falls from Blackfoot to lookat it in the late afternoon. Upon arriving, Tyler Martin met us on the lot and showed us the Jeep Grand Cherokee. After a short test drive, everything seemed to be in excellent condition. We basically fell in love with it. It had everything we were looking for except it did not have sa tow package. After a brief discussion, Tyler talked to the service department and they agreed to install a factory trailer tow package at no cost. That and the low miles basically sold us on the vehicle. Business manager Mackenzie Burrell was fantastic to work with. She took time to make sure we had the best interest rates and the best deal available. In less than two hours we were driving our Jeep Grand Cherokee home. A week later after the parts for the tow package arrived Tyler arranged for the service department to install the hitch The lights and hook up work perfectly. Showed me some used cars, but made a better deal for a brand new Elantra Sport trim for about the same monthly cost as a used car. Again, fought to give us every deal and break they could to make the numbers work for our life. Went in looking at a 16 Cruze & 18 Malibu, they sold me a brand new 2025 Elantra and couldn’t have felt better about the decision Jim, Alfonso, Mike…Thank you for everything. You made a harrowing ordeal feel so much easier than I could imagine.

Had a problem with the service department on Saturday when price at payment time was more then discussed. Left dealer pissed off and called when I got home with a cooler head. Nothing was accomplished so I wrote a review that was seen by upper management. Saturday afternoon a gentleman named Mark called to discuss the issue with me. After talking in order to keep me happy and being a returning customer he first had offered his apology for the misunderstanding then refunded the entire service charge price to me. This showed me they're a stand-up dealership. The icing on the cake was the owner Dave called me on Sunday to apologize and assure me he was behind the total refund. Sherman in Skokie a place ypu can feel your needs will be addressed no matter what they are. I will be back in the future. Thanks again Mark and David!

2016 Jeep Cherokee review
About a month, so far so good. Bought warranty. The interior is NICE and honestly I fell in love with it on the first drive. Drives REALLY NICE. Has a lot of options that cost a lot of $$ on other brands. Feel like it’s a solid vehicle. Coming from VW it seems like you get A LOT for your money.

2016 Jeep Cherokee review
Was at dealership shopping and this new Jeep Cherokee Lattitude came in on transport. Wanted it the minute I saw it. Jeep dealership had ordered it custom with every option I wanted. Blackout package, V6 a true dual exhaust, sport, power everthing, 4x4 etc. The 4x4 is excellent and never failed me! Its been flawless, aftermarket tuning has turned it into a screaming black speed machine. 112,000 miles so far. No issues with anything! Would buy another if they still made this Cherokee Latitude Special! One very satisfied customer!!!
