2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee
The car was a great vehicle to meet my needs. I loved how seamless and smooth the 4wd system was. Always had good traction and power, especially when paired with the V8 hemi engine.

Save your hard earned money!!!!!!!
Bought this car and enjoyed it for what seemed to be a short season. Next thing you know the perfectly smooth engine needed to have the top have rebuilt. Next went the electrical braking system which had already been serviced along with brake pads, rotors, etc. did I mention in 3 years the system failed me 4 times???? This car is an electrical nightmare. If you want safety, RELIABILITY and a somewhat decent ride DO NOT CONSIDER THIS CAR!!!! This car was maintained impeccably and only saw 10-12K miles a year and still did not have the strength to live up to the legendary Jeep name!!! The transmission has been replaced twice and I’ve been told by several other Jeep owners with this model that the transmission problem is indeed absolute when it comes to these cars!!! I will NEVER Purchase another Jeep product, and seriously considering seeking my new Wrangler just to cut my losses with this over priced shoddy auto maker!!

Great Car
Great Car for the price but few things needing attention Radio had stuck buttons, rubber molding missing from the roof rack drivers side, brake light out in the rear state inspection and emissions needed.

Love my Grand Cherokee
Bought my 2005 Jeep Cherokee, used with 18k miles, in 2005. It’s now 2020 and I’m still driving it, with almost 220,000 miles. Wanted a powerful vehicle (4.7 liter V8 Laredo 4x4) that could go up and down multiple steep mountain passes in blizzard conditions every day as my daily driver. I love my Grand Cherokee. It is a superb highway vehicle, fun to drive and fab off road though my only complaint here is lack of clearance. Great torque for its weight however. There were two service bulletins for the 4x4... Just like my old 1993 Jeep Cherokee Country, I don't ever want to part with it. That Country had 408,000 miles on it before I traded it in, original engine and transmission. My biggest regret was not towing it back home. I have replaced the transmission in my Grand Cherokee with a rebuilt Jasper, but it’s failure had more to do with driving up and down Sherwin Grade every day. Considering what we’ve been through together, I’ve been very happy with my Jeep. She has never let me down.

Least reliable car I've ever had.
It was not built with people that are 6ft plus in mind. It has been an electrical nightmare, I have spent over five thousand in replacing electrical components. Over the course of 5 years.

Durable, smooth ride, the money stays with this ST
Has some electrical issues with the mileage counter and times where the oil guards and battery gauge hasn’t worked. Also, as with my 1994 Laredo, the window motors give out on all but drivers door in the ‘94 jeep but all but back right work with this l2005 jeep. I love it and will continue to buy jeep til I die

Very comfortable and easy driving. I have owned 2 and loved both. Handles very well in rain and snow. I have a tent that connects to the back for camping.
