Rear window problems

In less than 3 years and 22000 miles, the back window has blown out twice. One of those times was when it was in the dealership getting recall work done.

Great Car to Own

I bought the used 2014 Grand Cherokee in 2016 for daily commute. It has remote start, heated seats which is good for winter. So far so good!

Best vehicle I've owned for the Price.

I bought this car used with 5000 miles for my jeep dealership in 2015. I was in need of a tax write off and this was one of the few vehicles that qualify due to its weight. I went into test drive it drove it for 10 minutes bought it on the spot. I got a white Jeep grand Cherokee he altitude with black 20 inch wheels and blacked out trim in many areas. On the interior it is a very classy mix of black leather and alcantera suede like inserts. My jeep has an 8.4 inch you connect system and a 7 inch LCD screen in dash display. The only thing my jeep was missing was a back up camera which I was able to have installed from the dealer to the Stock system for $800. I have now on this car for 14 months and Quion say hands-down it has been one of the best vehicles that I've ever owned. I work from home so as a daily driver I cannot say it's very fair to judge it. I do however Mountain Bike and snowboard at the lot and take many road trips with it. It gets great highway gas mileage, rides comfortably, has a great sound system, and has really comfortable driving seats. I have taken it down to Mexico and played around in the sand, up to the mountains in Flagstaff and a foot of snow with zero handling issues, and through the desert sands of Moab with bikes on the back and never once got stuck . Lastly the white and black combinations that I chose received more compliments than most of the sports cars that I have owned. Most people keep telling me that they are amazed how nice the car is for what I paid. I don't think all Jeep trims are the same. I really like the altitude addition the most because it is much sportier with the black 20 inch wheels than a standard Limited JGC. Lastly coming from a BMW M4 a Corvette Z 51, and a Lexus IS F.... I was used to a Ton of power. Granted they are two totally different types of vehicles but the V6 jeep is a tad bit slow. I'm sure the next Gen will be a tad bit faster. I had a 2013 Toyota Tacoma for my mountain biking in addition to a sports car. The jeep rides so much better has so much more technology, gets better gas mileage, is faster, and is much more manageable to use in a city setting. There are days that I miss having the storage space of a truck bed. All in all though I can do everything that I need with the jeep once I attach a hitch mounted bike rack. If you want a vehicle with road manners, creature comforts, reliability, and some off road prowess.... go for a JGC Altitude or High Altitude. Also buy used because they don't hold value well like a Tacoma or 4 Runner. This allows you to get a great deal if you can find one with low mileage.

Just purchased a Certified used Laredo 2WD.

Great combo of style , ride , room, economy, and value. Plenty of power with V6 and great economy 25 MPG at 75 MPH. This is our 4th Grand Cherokee, all have been good for over 100K with out any out of warranty repair work.

Happy Customer

I love my Jeep Grand Cherokee of far and feel very proud of this purchase. My only concern is the fuel consumption wich is a little higher than you previous SUV, but other than that I'm a happy customer.

Love this Jeep!

My Husband and I purchased the Jeep GC Limited 2014 because we wanted all the bells and whistles. This car has it all and more. Going from a 2007 Wrangler, the Jeep GC is luxury. It drives like a tank. Searched online for a bit and found a great deal at the price we wanted thanks to John Cola. Couldn't be happier!

Everything Breaks

Jeep looks great, but its a pile of junk - we have had this thing in the dealership for countless recalls - just reached 36,000 miles on it and the air condition compressor goes, rear wiper blade motor and interior vent breaks - $1,600 in repairs - scared to see what else we are in store for over the next couple years

High Tech Jeep!

Went to many dealerships around the capital district area of NY. We found the a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that matched every option that we needed! It has incredible ride quality on and off the road! The Luxury II group is highly recommended! has almost every gadget you'll ever need! Vehicle has excellent power response, and fuel mileage is actually decent. Averaging 23.8MPG so far for past six weeks! Have not tried the E85 fuel yet?? Purchased Jeep from a great dealership in Rhinebeck, NY!
