2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee consumer reviews

I love Jeeps! The only issue I have with this one is that the design for the USB ports is poor AND I cannot use the talk to text functionality--nobody can tell me why. I have to use Android Auto for this now, which minimizes the whole console functionality.

This by far is the best comfortable vehicle i have ever owned!! - i simply love it and i feel it's really safe for the family, specially for my little princess, couldn't be happier!!

Recently bought a 2019 Grand Cherokee Altitude Package.I got the Black on Black one. I had a Jeep before and had so many problems with it. So I was hesitant to go back. But I kept seeing this one on the road. Took it for a test drive, and fell in love with it. It has everything I need and more. I love the Carplay option, Navigation, Sunroof, Wifi package for the kids. The Jeep is a smooth ride, and I feel safe driving it. I would recommend it to others. The dealership that I used was awesome as well.

Nice features beautiful color the size is great for me The monitor is big and easy to navigate...the feature for blind spot is nice! I’m excited to drive this car

This car meant all of my needs. In the sport mode, the 5.7 HEMI has exceptional performance for a SUV. The wrap around suede seats are very supportive and comfortable. Very good driving visibility all around.

Soccer mom room, sports car maneuverability, and luxury comfort. I am loving my new Jeep Cherokee. I have looked into other vehicles with similar features and they are all about $15-20k more.

Had to take back to dealer within first 3 weeks for repair of sensor, so far disaponted as this is my fist FCA vehicle and always drove GM and never had issues, hope this turns out to be the only one or Chrysler has lost a customer for life as I will be going back to GM after the lease is up.

Like the feel on road driving. comfortable seating. Seating for five fills my needs. Cargo agea very spacious. Will be a great automobile for vacations and around town driving. Overall attractive SUV.

It’s like sitting in a “cushy” recliner!!! Automatic start and I sit down to a heated seat and steering wheel. I can drive for HOURS in complete comfort! I’m sorry it took me so many years to find my baby!!
