I really love the Jeep brand. The Liberty was a little masculine in appearance for me but it was very reliable. I'm selling my old one and have since gotten another Jeep

I've only had it for a couple of weeks now - so reliability is an estimate. I've gotten a number of compliments on the color (green) and really like the interior features - especially when compared to my older Ford Escape. It sits up relatively high and runs out nicely with the V6.

Have previous model Liberty and chose the last stye for other child in college. Dependable feature-loaded vehicle, easy to drive and maintain. Great foe New England college kids.

Jeep Liberty Renegade--Very Nice. Fully Loaded, leather interior. 4x4, can tow 5000 lbs. Drives great. Ignore the "expert reviews". These are great vehicles. Doesn't look like everything on the road. If you like the boxy shaped cars then take a look at these.... if you can find one.

I purchased this vehicle as a first car for my daughter and I have to say it is a perfect fit...not too big not too small. She loves it inside and out :)

Just bought a 2011 Jeep liberty only had it for 3 weeks and breaks failed on me. Then my engine light came on too.

I own my 2011 Liberty nearly a month made 1.100 miles , first impressions so good for everything above my expectations. Love its look, easy to start up , enough performance (cwith 17mpg , comfort , very good space inside and luggage capacity. And I have option sky slider lots of critics I read before I buy till now works perfect just over 60 mph wind noise but the autumn joy with open roof is priceless

So, the Liberty does not perform like a Corvette in acceleration? Huh...I wonder if the same "expert" reviewers wonder why the Corvette is so poor offroad? The Liberty has excellent visibility all the way around, you can see the end of the hood, the dashboard is not three feet thick, you do not have to scroll through a touchscreen to turn up the heat or ac. The cargo area is hip height, which means no back breaking lowering or lifting from a deep trunk well. The interior surfaces are easy to clean. (The experts like their surfaces as marshmallows, so they can massage their way down the road). Mileage for me in winter temps on a 400 round trip, was 22.8 mpg. My '04 Explorer did not fare as well. I love this Jeep! I love the looks of it and the functionality, as well as the off road capability. It drives smooth as silk down the highway.....a bit jolting on rough roads, but then this is a jeep and its suspension tells you so, but who wants to bottom out when the going gets rough? All in all, this is a very capable suv in all weather conditions, unlike the crossovers, with comfort and convenience not found in previous Jeep lines. My Jeep? A 2011 70th anniversary edition Liberty.

I've been driving this car for about 3 or 4 years, I have never had a problem with it, it responds better than most cars I've driven, the sky slider roof is great in the summer time, even though I'm 6'4" I fit very comfortably in all the seats, the trunk space is perfect for everything I have, and it's probably the best car you can get at this price. There however are some negatives, when you have the 4wd activated when it's not slippery out, if you try to make a sharp turn at slow speeds it starts to stutter and the fuel economy isn't great. But the bottom line is it looks good in person, it sounds great, and it will get you where you need to go without a problem.

I purchased a used 2011 Jeep Liberty Limited 4x4 model from a local dealer in Maryland about a month ago and have enjoyed my experience with it so far. It's got 37,000 miles on it and is black with tan leather interior and the nice chrome styled wheels. I've been driving a 2004 Scion XB manual transmission that averaged 37 mpg's so the only negative for me is with the Liberty I'm averaging 18 mpg's in mostly suburban driving. The Liberty is very comfortable, quiet and has all the options I wanted for a reasonable price. We just went through one of the worst winters in a long time snow wise here in MD and I wish I'd found it sooner. All the reviews from online experts are down on the Liberty but for me it is everything I could ask for in a smaller 4x4. Plus it's an manly looking American made Jeep! I use it to haul all my band equipment in with the rear seats folded down and it swallows up everything for me.
