So far loving the car, is taking some getting used to, since I had a 98' Ford Expedition, big difference in size, but I like the car, the features it has and it rides smooth.

It is a great little car that I enjoying driving and it's not a gas guzzler. It have plenty of leg room in the front and back. It is her comfortable and rides smoothly.

I love this car, it's comfortable for long drives and gets great gas mileage. It's small but spacious.

Purchased a used 32K miles after entensive research, drive, market testing. Consumer Reports and others highly rated. The 2014 remake offers the freshest European design still active today in 2017 models [no exteriror change]. I was glad to find the 173 hp, and everyone states the technology SHOULD get better mpg; is a valid concern, but not a show stopper for me. This is why I prefer no earlier than 2014 model year, for increased power. A smart design, practical yet highly styled sets this apart from others in the pack. The Soul has done away with the CD, yet I still treasure and glad it is standard equipment. All in all a great value, and buying used, even greater avoiding the depreciation. BTW, if you are short and have difficulty seeing out the back, buy a rear camera or simply remove the rear headrests. This Forte is an amazing commuter and averages 34-37 MPG highway for us! Very easy to maneuver in the city and so much fun in the mountains!

Great looks, value, reliability, loaded with features. This has an Eurpoean styling that is timeless even after several years "old". A stylish car both inside and out; I really like the two tone interior; this is the first time I preferred cloth seats over leather and the dashboard is very sleek and modern looking. This car is spacious throughout, a surprisingly large trunk area and there is an amazing amount of leg room even.

this is an update review, i purchased my kia forte in 2013 and let me tell you, can not be more happy with my car,not a single issue, but the regular service maintance, you know oil changes, tire rotations just the basic stuff, im on the market for a new vehicle and as you guess,kia is in the top of my list

There are many characteristics that this car has in favor of itself, including the types of handling (Sport, comfort, normal modes) and the technology. Drives well and safe, good gas mileage when you treat it well. There are very few issues I'd like to point out, but this shouldn't stop you from considering the car. The first thing I noticed about the interior design is that the seats get stained very easily if you have the grey color, so consider car seat covers of you're not a fan of tainted, stained grey. Technology wise, the touchscreen is lovely but I've had a few times where the screen just turns off for a few seconds. Lovely car, and comparing it to other years of Forte's and of other KIA cars, I'd recommend this one above any other.
