Krazy about Kia

I was in the market for a good car that gets great miles to the gallon. When I went to Kia to test drive a new Kia Forte, I was hooked! Nice smooth ride, great handling, enough get up and go and had all of the bells and whistles a person could ask for. Tight turns are a breeze in this car. I've gotten a good 27 mpg in the city and up to 40 on the freeway. If you are in the market for a good car, good warranty and a reasonable price, then get to a Kia dealer.

Forte it to me, baby!

Hey guys just wanted to pass along my summary of my recent test drive in the 2016 Kia Forte: Now I realize that I am one of the few in this world blessed to have driven shotgun in a NASCAR? as its world-class driver performs its warm up laps, but I?m sure you can imagine the adrenaline, speed, and the way it hugs the turns. Nothing quite compares to that rush? but cruising through the winding roads of the Brandywine Valley in the 2016 Kia Forte is oddly reminiscent. The new leather smell wafts in the air as I roll up the power windows and use voice commands to change the song. Previously features reserved for the ?luxury? class now come standard in a compact?! The absurdity of the world we live in makes this driver chuckle. To think that in 2008 Car and Driver magazine published the quote ?Don?t familiarize yourself with the Kia? brand, as we don?t foresee it lasting the competitive car marketplace. Never mind the fact the last thing this world needs is just another import?. Well, bravo Kia. Because just like a scorned ex, they used this as motivation. ?Just another? import is not how you would describe the 2.0-liter GDI four-cylinder I4 engine that produces 201 hp and 195 lb-ft of torque for a compact car, and that?s just what?s under the hood. 8-inch alloy wheels, UVO eServices with Rear Camera Display, dual chrome exhaust tips, and LED taillights give it, dare I say, s-x appeal. It?s artistic combinations of style and performance that makes one wonder ?why couldn?t you be going to the gym 4 times a week when we were still together?? The compact car class has become a forgotten one, oft trivialized because of vehicles like the Mini-cooper, horrendous Pt Cruiser, and VW Beatle. I find a place to pull off because I need to catch my breath. Am I overwhelmed because of my vast underestimate of the capability of the vehicle I was slated to drive today? Or is because I realize in the grand scheme underestimating people is my own greatest flaw. God, Karen please comes back! I sigh and stare forward, trying not to think of the fact the 154 pound-feet (209 N?m) of torque is easily enough to break through the guard rail and out of my own personal prison.

very reliable car I have owned besides my camry.

I got the car at 15 miles and put on 2200 in 3 days. It rode beautifully. used the cruise control which was so easy.Hardly had to stop for gas. gas mileage on hwy for 41 mpg. Liked the lights that they came on automatic when it got dark. we didnt have time to see how a few features were used so we only used what we needed to. Heat and air and defrost was fantastic. only had to put it on 1, it was so comfortable. and the cabin inside was very comfortable with plenty of room. easy to put our cups in the holder. I am very pleased and happy we made the right decision.
