2018 Kia Niro consumer reviews

I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!

Love this car and i am not a car person now or when i bought it but it reliable, agile, good viewing angles, and a design which still distinguishes it, and a killer red that is handsome when clean and shiny. You'd have to offer me conserably over resale market price to consider giving it up. Can you imagine if i can get over 200k miles? Did i also tell you the freakisly amazing 52 mph, 54 mph, 56 mph (only once and i have odometer before and after pics). I'm not one on cloth interiors and i am so used to it i can't comment. All i can say is I keep the interior very clean, uncluttered, and it never smells!

A great car, reliable, great on gas. I went on slippery Missouri gravel roads in the rain, with 3 adult passengers and made it with no problem. It's too bad the Kia dealers service offered is extremely sub parr

Really love my Niro, mpg is a very big plus! but now engine light comes on, health report told me, powertrain, took in and the dealership told me needs vacuum pump and filter, bought new 2018. KIA is seeing the issue with the Niro.

Besides the incredible gas mileage, my Niro is so quiet and smooth. I love the space in the interior, and the extetior. You won't regret getting a Niro.

Love the car, it is very high tech compared to my last one. Super smooth drive and I feel very safe while driving it around.

I absolutely love my car! I have owned my car for 2 years and enjoyed every single mile of my 57,000 miles driven! It has the brightest headlights around (becareful people often mistake them for high beems). Perfect for driving around town, taking a cross country trip to Cali for a wedding, or to the mountains to enjoy nature and camping! I love this car 100%.

Car rides nice is roomier than it looks and gets wonderful gas mileage. Only having it 3 days not a lot to say but so far nice.

Extremely reliable, excellent utility, efficient, and drives superbly. 120k in the last two years and it's been flawless. The only thing I don't love about it is there overly aggressive cruise control.

I love this car its by far the nicest car i have owned. We took it on a 1000 kilometer trip last summer and got 5.9 litres to 100k going 120 kph. when we took smaller highways at say 95 to 105 we got around 5.1 per 100k. Thats about 44 us mpg. That may not be stellar mileage but its better than the cars that we have owned before. It gets better mileage ln the city by the way .
