Second Kia I owned
This was the second Kia I owned. I just traded it in. This vehicle has a lot of room. I used as my primary family vehicle. Great for vacation, road trips, family and friends airport taxi and girls basketball team.

Most reliable car I've owned.
The Kia van has met all our needs. We have used it a lot to travel as well as help our friends and family move items too bulky to fit in other vehicles except trucks. It always amazes us how much cargo you can stuff in the back if you remove the rear seats. Excellent suspension system for hauling heavy items. Still doesn't use oil or exhibit any leaks. Engine still runs smoothly and air conditioning excellent. Cross winds have little effect on tracking down the road.

At 226,000 miles I can’t complain
I have owned this van since 15,000 miles. We have 4 kids and it has been a wonderful vehicle for our family. At 226,000 miles the 2 oxygen sensors and catalytic converter are going and repair cost is more than the book value of the van. Check engine light is now on because of that but van still drives, our mechanic says it could last up to another year. I have enjoyed every minute driving this vehicle and it has Had no problems except those due to wear and tear.

Value and Versatile
A great vehicle to own; with tons of cargo space, reasonable gas mileage, great fun and comfortable for camping trips. Whether it?s trips to Lowe?s or to the beach - you?ll have lots of space, no worries, and few (if any) repairs.

Delightful Auto
Comfortable to drive (I B 6ft with long legs). Roomy interior, operating panel easy to reach and visible, clock is difficult to read during daylight. Interior is comfortable for any passenger, nice design. Gas mileage leaves a bit to be desired. Not As good as my old 1999 Plymouth Voyager. But the trade off, it does have more in the power department. Ride is firm, which I like handling is what a van should be. Want cornering get a TR 3 ?. All told the the best value for the money and my needs. Just my opinion.

Great value for mini van
Vehicle suits all of my needs .No problems with it at this time do required maintenance by the book and should be trouble free.at highwayspeeds a little wind noise .otherwise drives straight and stops straight . I drive 6-8 hours a day 5 days a week combined city and highway. Recommend using synthetic fluids when possible.

Kia Sedona 2009, 99000 km
Had it since new, serviced at dealer. Bought extended warranty 8 years, 100,000 km., used it fully, changed steering and suspension items. Last year, repaired power window motor / cabling of rear driver side sliding door, and since then the car was not the same, lost noise insulation, and not satisfied with quality of repair. Last failure was a loss of coolant, engine overheat, and even under warranty, dealer made no effort to process it. It was a good mini-van, hard on gas (3.6 V8), very responsive in highway, but lost confidence in the vehicle last year. At the end reliability and durability was not there.

Smooth powerfull ride, and 100% reliable:
I have almost 180000 miles on my 09 (all highway - 2 hour commute every day to work), and am contemplating trading it in. After reviewing the competition, I really appreciate the ride quality! A comparable Dodge Caravan rides harsh with a noisy engine/transmission. I notice the shifts on the Dodge, but not the smooth Kia. Other then replacing the iridium spark plugs, and a couple of recall notices from Kia, nothing but reliable. I do use Mobil 1 and do all my own maintenance. I buy the filters and parts from the Kia dealer (better prices then 3ed party and OEM). I think people get in trouble when they hire so-called professional mechanics to do this. I learned the hard way when the local shop we had been using damaged my wife's Taurus. I ended up repairing the professional repairs - never again - do it yourself and save time, money, and stress. Now I can't find an equivalent Sedona in my color choice to trade it on - bummer. It seems Kia may be exiting the mini-van market
