I inherited this car from my mom is 2017.

I inherited this car from my mom is 2017. We call him flash because he is so fast. This car has been absolutely great in the 17 years it’s been in my family. I’m now looking to upgrade but am honestly sad to say goodbye to him. This car was fantastic for city driving and constant trips up and down the island.

Hated this car but it saved my life

I have had copious issues with this car in the 5 years that I drove it. I had to have my transmission serviced 3 or 4 times, AC broke twice and started with only blowing hot air and then blowing no air at all, had gas and oil issues, several airbag lights and issues, everything above. Easily spent between 5-10k in repairs for this vehicle. That being said, I rear-ended someone going 40+ mph and walked away unharmed. She gave me so many headaches but cannot be upset with the fact that she did protect me in that time.

Super reliable, saved my life

My father purchased this car back in 2011 with 33k miles, ran for him and myself all the way up until December 2022 when I totaled it. 141k miles without a single issue other than your basic maintenance. This was my first car and I absolutely loved it, she’s slow so don’t expect to fly past anyone in a road rage or anything but super fun to drive and RELIABLE. I ended her life by smacking a pole head on at 60mph, a crash people say I shouldn’t have survived and walked away with a couple bruises. This car deserves all of the love!

Very reliable

200,000 miles still runs great getting 40mpg. Only ever used super unleaded. Oil changed ever 5k miles with regular maintenance. Only thing that's broken is the cruise control switch housing. It still works but switch is loose.

This car never gives me a trouble.

This car never gives me a trouble since I bought it, and all I did was changing the oil and take a good care of it.

Best value car, no frills

This car is exactly what I need: reliable, good-looking, and comfortable. Kia Spectras are my favorite type of car because they're been able to last me much longer than other types of cars. If you want to buy a car to look cool and impress people, I don't recommend the Kia Spectra. However, if you see a car more as a transportation need, Kia Spectra is perfect.
