Last visit 5 hour oil change Lied to by Lewis's replacment,was told wash was backed up but battery was dead because listening to music ln aux. I have 5 " water in my trunk abc nobody bothered to tell me. If I don't get a free svc I'm going go the bbb and board of lexus directors. My Takata recall is doing Thursday.primary
