Bad Locking system over $2,000 to repair it

Off to a bad start with this vehicle and the bad locking system was not mentioned prior to the purchase which is over $2,000. Probably forever upset with the dealership for not being forthright. Wouldn’t recommend it to friends or enemies.

The most comfortable vehicle I have owned.

Great car! Bought this vehicle used after my Toyota Avalon was totaled , couldn't be happier with the purchase. I am a Lexus driver from here on out.

Problems with automatic door locks still persist

After buying I have had tons of problems with the auto lock/unlock door locks. They replace for over $750, my cost, each time. Over 5 times replaced should never happen. NEVER in all my years, or my deceased father, have we had to replace even one solenoid door lock in any vehicle. Simply amazing and extremely disappointing on a luxury auto. You would think Lexus would have had a recall as the dealership repair say they replace a lot.

One of the best overall car I ever had.

By far the best everyday car I ever had. Classy looks in and out. Every option I could ask for, 100% reliable. More then enough power and very safe. Just an all around classy car that has everything you would ever need. Worth every cent.

Excellent daily driver with proper maintenance

The car is great in every way and i am in love with its interior - everything feels so well-build and it is well sound proved. The ride is so smooth and engine is able to give some torque in sport mode. I will suggest do an oil change every 3-4K miles for city/highway and do transmission fluid change every 3rd motor oil change after 70-80K miles on odo. In time change air filters and it should last a very long time

Just a little too boring

Well, it's a Lexus....it is reliable, cheap and easy to maintain. Other than that I didn't find much to be excited about. It's a floaty ride that got pretty boring very quickly. Add the bland and frustrating user interface and the ear piercing sound system and I just couldn't see myself getting into this day in and day out and had to sell it after only a year.

The smoothest ride to be have ever owned

Most Reliable car I have ever known. This is a very smooth ride, attractive with clean lines and an excellent interior. Has tan leather seats and a black exterior. Sharp looking car. The best value for a mid size luxury car on the market.

Reliable and comfortable.

This is our third Lexus. All of the cars have been reliable and the comfort is amazing. The next car will definitely be another Lexus.
