2016 Lexus ES 350 consumer reviews

After having owned and maintained, Mercedes Benz S and E Class, BMW 7 Series, Infiniti M Class and Hyundai Geneses Models, the best value for my dollar is the Lexus ES 350. First of all, it has plenty of power --just drive it. It is very stable on the road even on tight curves, and has a wonderful, comfortable ride. The styling is great as well as the fit and finish of the car; and most importantly it is by far the most reliable car I have ever owned. The interior is comfortable, the controls are easy to use and are intuitive (unlike many new cars) and but for a few misplaced buttons and switches is very ergonomical. I only wish it had electrical side view mirrors that folded upon command rather than having to get out the car to get into tight places. Lastly, you can lease this car for under $400 a month (including tax) for 36 months with very little drive-off and no security deposit.

I have driven Honda's for 30 year's. Great car's. Recently though, I checked out the Lexus line of car's. OMG. Perfection. Luxurious. Technological marvel. I highly recommend this vehicle if you have the budget. Lexus for life.

I very recently discovered that Lexus of Tulsa is perhaps the finest automotive dealership in all of the Midwest. Living in Overland Park since 1979 I was somewhat reluctant to purchase a luxury automobile from a dealership 200 miles away. However, after a few conversations with Todd Morrison the General Manager of Lexus of Tulsa any fears I had were put to rest. Mr. Morrison went above and beyond the call of duty to guide me to the perfect car of the exterior and interior colors I wanted and had all of the options offered by Lexus except the NAV/Premium Audio option which we did not need. I had found the perfect car 200 miles from my home! Ultimately, a very professional Sales Consultant named Ron Estes handled all of the final details quite efficiently. The paperwork was ready far in advance of my arrival at the dealership several days later. At 75 years old, I have obviously purchased many cars (including Mercedes, Jaguars and Hondas) over the past 55 years but have never had such a fine experience. The whole process at Lexus of Tulsa was very easy and totally stress free. I doubt you could ever find a better dealer to do business with. I wish all car dealerships operated like they do. This dealership is staffed by real gentlemen that are honest and trustworthy. The Finance Manager Dan Huber was very helpful to me. My last contact before heading back to the Kansas City area was with Katy Maclin. Katy is a Delivery Specialist and explained to me the many features and options of the ES350 and made certain I knew how to use them. If you are in the market for the most reliable car brand according to J.D. Powers you are already looking at the Lexus line of automobiles.
