2007 Lexus IS 250 consumer reviews

Driving back and forth to work an hour + each way used to be a total pain for me when I had my Camry. Now that I have my Lexus, it is fun to get in the car and enjoy the drive to work and back (well most of it, besides the annoying drivers out there). I got the Black Sapphire IS 250 with chrome rims and this car in one word is HOT! Love love love it!

Overall I was dissatisfied with my transition from a 2004 ACURA TSX to a 2007 IS 250 AWD and I feel I wasted my money in the transition. The lexus is a very beautiful car but the interior squeaks and creaks more than anticipated. With a stiff suspension and low profile tires the ride can be rough on uneven surfaces, but its a perfectly smooth ride if your highways are pothole free. I like the front cockpit feeling but the middle console could have been made much more efficient since it only has one cup holder. The rear seats are cramped when you try to get three people in the back. Great trunk space and the luxury options are all great- blue tooth, navigation with touch screen, shifting paddles, and rear back up camera. The AWD is great for snow and rain since you tires are so low profile.

Quality and work manship is absolutely amazing on this vehicle. Our other family car is a G35 which is good also but this IS250 goes beyound the G.. Highly recommend to anyone.

I have owned this car for six months now and overall the car is great. The navigation is easy to use and the heated and cool seats are nice to have. My only complant is the power. It is slow at acceleration and can't compete with other cars in it's class. If you want a car with a lot of power don't get this car. Everything else is great. But this car is just a little sporty fun car that will get you around. Don't try to race in this because you will lose for sure. I have not had one thing go wrong with it at all. If you want to buy a Lexus that is a real sports car, get the 350.

Had the car for a month now and must admit I am very impressed with all the features the srive is excellent the fuel consumption for such a fast car is good , overall highly satisfied

I have shopped all around trying to decide between the IS250,G35,BMW, & Audi. I ended up with the IS250 and I must say that the car is a head turner. The pick up and turning are great. The car gets great gas mileage and is really comfortable. Only thing I can complain about are the staggered tires and brake dust. I REPEAT TIRES ARE NOT CHEAP FOR THIS CAR bc it has two different types so keep that in mind when considering this car. The average mileage on the tires that come with it are around 15-20k miles

I only have 40k miles on it so far but it's the first car I've owned without having any problems with it at all. I haven't even had to get new brakes, tires or battery yet! It handles better than any car I've owned and is just a lot of fun to drive. As you can see from the other great reviews, there is no reason to not buy this car-you'll love it!

BROUGHT THIS VEHICLE BRAND NEW. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH IT.THIS VEHICLE WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN. ITS SPORTY,FUN TO DRIVE,AND SO RELIABLE. ITS HAS A LOT OF POWER. BE CAREFULL WHERE YOU PARK IT .DENTS VERY EASY IF STRUCK BY A CAR DOOR OR OBJECT.

I recently leased a IS250 a year ago. I gotta tell you it is a really fun car to drive. It is very responsive and the handling is great. The only bad things about it is that I am 6'1 and i don't always feel comfortable driving. Other than that, it is an all around fun car to drive.

I love my IS Lexus. I have a fully loaded black IS. I have never driven a car than handles as good. The brakes are SUPER sensitive and the car stops on a dime. The gas is just as sensitive, and one of my favorite things about the car is that even though the car accelerates VERY quickly it feels just as smooth as going 5 mph. The turning is great... It turns smooth and quick at any speed... It grips the road like a race car. It has TONS of toys and technology and they are all EXTREMELY easy to use like the touch screen navigation and bluetooth phone. The Auto-Manual works great to, you can use the shifter or the paddles on the steering wheel. The cars quality and reliability is unbelievable... I've had the car for a year now and not a single tiny problem. Trust me if you get one you will NOT be sorry.
