I purchased my 2014 Lexus IS 250 AWD almost two years ago for commuting to work, and it is definitely one of the funnest cars I've ever owned! I love the look and handling of this car with AWD, and in Matador Red Mica it is a beauty to behold. The Lexus reliability is outstanding, my wife and I have owned 7 Lexus vehicles now, from the RX to the IS, EX, NX, and this IS, with never a problem or any visit to the shop other than ordinary maintenance. I highly recommend this car and any Lexus you might be considering!

This car has beat all of my expectations. I bought my IS250 F sport brand new in 2014. Was commenting to work so I put on 20,000 miles a year...ouch. Now my car has almost 90,000 miles and I have never had anything go wrong...nothing. Not to say I didn't have to do normal maintenance brakes, tires, filters. This car is so reliable and so fun to drive! I opted for the red NuLux seats, this material is indestructible! No fasing, scratching or tears. My 90 lb English Bulldog hooked her nail and slid out of the car, the NuLux stretched inches and I thought it was a goner, and then boom, it went back to perfection! After 5 years I am still so in love with this car, I still look back at her everytime I get out! The F sport is also so much fun to drive, it handles like an Audi! I usually trade in after 3 years, not with this one. I will be keeping her for a while.

This is the first Lexus I've owned. I'm very impressed with the workmanship behind the car. Noise in the interior cabin is a minimal. Seats are very comfortable, even on long rides.

I purchased a 2014 IS 250 F sport 2 weeks ago. I went from a 2017 VW, to a Hyundai Sonata to this 2014 Lexus and it feels as if I still went and bought brand new. I’ve never felt better behind the wheel of a car. Head turning for sure. Whether im next to a C class Mercedes or a Ford Mustang, it just feels so good to be in that seat. The power of only 204 hp is plenty for me. I have no issue blasting through traffic on the highway or sitting in the go/stop traffic in the city. You will feel the road in this car but that’s totally normal, as the wheels are low profile for the f package. If you want the absorb that, go without f package and you’ll experience that. I test drove newer models before making this decision and honestly for the amount of money I saved going with the 2014 model, I couldn’t be happier. I’m sure I would notice changes in Drive feel if I drove a newest model for longer than just a test drive but I just never thought I’d have a 5 year old vehicle that looks and feels as if it’s the latest release. Proud of this car. Also, I went with red interior for the extra sporty feel. Such a beautiful interior. Most comfortable seats I’ve sat in. I literally went to carmax and compared the seats to every vehicle they had, from Chevy you Porsche.. No one beats the comfort level of Lexus. This is an unbiased review as before my recent experince I had no intertest in Lexus whatsoever. So far. I’m averages 20.3 mpg, 100% of my Drive is in the city. I’ve been resetting the trip when I hit the interstate and my last trip of about 45 miles on the highway (70-85 mph speeds) got me an average of 33.1 mpg. This is awesome for a V6 engine.

I have loved my Lexus IS 250. Sporty but comfortable! Fits two car seats in the rear. I get lots of compliments on my car! This car is very smooth and reliable and is fun to drive!

Suspension has a defect in the steering bushings that make the tire wear early around 15,000 miles and brakes go fast on aggressive driving other than that the vehicle is very well made and I'm happy with it

Great styling and performance a very dependable car and pleasure to drive. I would recommend this car the only con is it's a little snug for taller people.
