2018 Lexus LC 500 consumer reviews

Plenty of positive reviews to read and all legit. I will give you the small list of cons. Coming from a BMW. First. Make sure it has BSM. The car is on the bigger side and in the 1.5 years of owning I’ve probably had about 5 or 6 blind spot scares even with the lights in the mirrors. Never had this issue with any other car. Always look twice over your shoulder. That’s the biggest issue. Also some cars tend to click or clunk on stop or rolling throttle or brake. It’s usually an A-pillar issue that needs padding and tightened. Small but annoying. And last, door handle. Will stop working due to water getting into the mechanical parts and replacing is pricey. This should’ve been addressed by Lexus but wasn’t. Those are the cons. This car is awesome and worth every dime. Sounds great. Looks great. Feels great. Drives great. I love it. You will too. Don’t settle for an RCF, IS500 or a faster BMW that everyone has. It’s a great GT. And very unique.

This luxury sports car is by far my most favorite car. It’s style and design are spectacular. I get compliments on a regular basis. It’s a smooth riding experience, yet when you hit the gas, you’re love of the car increases exponentially.

I've own mine since 2018 and it's been amazing! I have to get my LC500 fix every day even if it's just to drive it around the block a couple of times. I wish I could afford two. One to drive and another to keep so when this one wears out I'll have another one on hand. :).

if this car had a Mercedes or Aston logo on it, it would be twice the price. But it is a Lexus, it only needs routine maintanence. cost of ownership is really low! It is heavy, but 0-60 in 4.4 is enough for most folks. The interior is far superior in craftmanship to almost any other car. and you get used to the touch pad, which is the biggest criticism. This is a beautiful car, too well priced, reliable, fun and, well, beautiful

Out of 12 cars this is by far the best one I have ever owned. Only problem was I had to get new wheels to quick 😂

The Lexus LC 500 is amazingly comfortable. Grand touring vehicle. It is balanced, sounds like a Ferrari, handles sport on, and is so well balanced I have not experienced and slippage or drifting pushing almost 500 HP. 10 speed!

This car is incredible. Performance, Sound, Stereo Output, Looks. It checks all the boxes... I can't drive this car without someone breaking their neck to catch a glimpse of it. It is by far the best looking car I have owned. The 5.0 V8 is no joke either. It more than gets the job done. This is an Adult sports car. This is no Kiddie tuner. This car has class and it is easily recognized. I am 50yrs young and have owned upwards of 27 cars in my lifetime. I have always gravitated towards cars that deliver a high level of performance out of the box. This car is no exception. I have heard complaints about the Lexus entertainment system controls and I completely agree that it is not the easiest system to work with compared to cars with more of a joystick type setup but like anything else as you use it more it becomes more comfortable. After two weeks, I can safely navigate it without frustration. The backseat is the most luxuriest place to put your groceries that I have ever seen but that is all the use you are going to get out of it.. But Hey we are nesters so two seats is all I require. All in all, this was my dream car and now that box has been checked and I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Car is a real head-turner! Responsive without being squirrely. Corners well, accelerates strongly, brakes quickly. Sound system is unmatched. Quiet ride on the inside with distinct loud purr on the outside. Check it out! You'll be glad you did!!

There are some things that need changing. The seats retract on every vehicle above 15k. Why not this one. Love a place for sunglasses, small item but daily use. The straps on the seats that hold the seat bets constantly come loose. magnets are just not strong enough. Can they be permanent? The PAD for action/information is tough. This can be improved. Find a way to keep our eyes on the road more. It is a surprising day when I don't get at least one compliment on the car. LOVE IT!!
