Toyota Lexus customer no care wont stand behind the crappy fake chrome wheels that are peeling . my vehicle has 15k miles on it and a sticker value of $45k. they said its a wear and tear item - xxxxxxxx! they had a untrained stuffed shirt service manager named Richard at park place Plano tx told corporate there was nothing wrong with them. I offered photos and was told by corporate that not necessary we are declining any action. my response was that I wouldn't be purchasing after lease term corporate said ok do it. at that time I found out about the lies and fine print and secret fees associated with lease terms. its constructed by lawyers to screw the customer. F.O. Toyota Lexus! my other 2 vehicles are Hondas with over 175k miles on both and will go there and buy from now on.

Love the NX300. It goes well with our RX350. Never had a problem with any of our Lexus vehicles, and will recommend them to others.

The size of this compact SUV is perfect for me. It’s easy to park, and fun to drive. It’s also quiet and comfortable. I was fortunate to find a 2019 in pristine condition with only 10,000 miles on it. It was purchased at my dealer and then traded in on a new Lexus one year later. Lucky me!

The most important thing to our family is safety and this vehicle is loaded. The emergency braking has prevented an accident and I’m so thankful. The F sport is very stylish and the turbo engine is fun. Surprisingly we get way better gas mileage than it is rated. I’m leasing this vehicle but we love it so much we are going to buy it. That’s amazing since I typically trade every 2 years!

Not much, Because of the recall , Lexus should give a safe car to use until Lexus fixes the fuel pump malfunction . The car is vary unsafe to drive.

For the money u would expect the ride better. My 2018 drives better! Some days it ride good and some bad. On the freeway the wind blows me all over freeway it scares me . If the wind is strong don’t get on freeway

Coming out of aLexus ES350, this small SUV is a welcome change. With back seats up, cargo space is a little less than I expected but it handles well and is a nice and fun ride. Pickup is good and interior comfort is great. So far, I really like it. Voice command feature is so awesome!
