2017 Lexus RX 350 consumer reviews

This RX350 has been the best purchase. The inside is very roomy, comfortable and the extra dashboard,screen display is more then I expected. Smooth ride yet looks good

This is my second RX 350 and there’s a reason I keep buying this car. They are excellent value for the money. This dealer stands behind their cars and offers superb service.

I am so very please with my RX350. It's very smooth and you forget that you're driving a SUV. It has user friendly features and I especially love the safety features.

Functionally, this car met all my needs. Plenty of room for adults in the back and front, cubbies for all the little things and all in a nicely designed interior package. The view screen for the Nav system was huge and the ergonomics was outstanding. Now if Lexus could only get their engine and transmission mated together, they would have a real winner! The car never seemed to be in the right gear because it always wanted to be the highest gear possible as soon as possible. Plus, when I would want to accelerate, the gap in the time between pressing the gas pedal and getting everything to respond seemed like an eternity. I really had to watch pulling out of one lane to pass cars on the freeway because I needed extra time for the car to respond and by the time it did, the cars in the next lane would be right on top of me. It was so bad, that I felt it created a very dangerous situation. Plus, I never, ever drove the car in anything but the Sport setting. Out of the Sport setting, I clearly thought the car was unsafe.

For the first 10k miles I got 23 to 30 mpg and was thrilled. Took it for service and they modified something which gives me 20 to 27 mpg. Did anyone else have this happen. Not happy with what they did. Otherwise car is great.

What a great SUV! Beautiful exterior and interior. Very quiet, smooth ride with great performance. So comfortable on the inside! (We traded in another brand SUV that was not comfortable.) Loving the luxury of this Lexus. It was a wonderful shopping experience at Lexus El Cajon. Our courteous salesman, Rudy Reid, was with us the entire time, answering all of our questions. Really enjoying this SUV on long rides.

First the look blew me away from the exterior to the interior and the space for my daughter and I to enjoy. The quietness and the handle of the vehicle plus the acceleration. I drive the vehicle when my car was being worked on and I fell in love when I had the vehicle for a few days and now I will be purchasing the RX350 in the summer.

After test driving the RX350 I said to myself, What don't I like about this vehicle? The answer was I virtually like everything about the RX350. The styling, comfort, riding height (ease of entry and exit), visibility, and all the safety features. Not to mention the interior comfort, room and quietness. The power is very adequate, but I would like better gas mileage. However, the fact that it runs on regular is a big plus. Many other luxury vehicles must have premium fuel.

This car is full sized, comfortable with plenty of leg room front and back. Has all the bells and splash I need and was over $15,000 cheaper than the brand I was driving. . . plus it was rated higher.

This car has excellent quality and reliability. It will also retain it's value which is important for me. I would recommend this SUV to anyone who is interested.
