RX350: Excellent Value for the Money
This is my third Lexus and first crossover. Very much enjoy the better visibility that comes from sitter higher above the road. Excellent interior and exterior styling. Bluetooth related technology is easy to use and has integrated easily into my iPhone. GPS and 15" graphic display easy to use and read. Only negative is that it is a little underpowered for quick pick-up from both a standing start and acceleration onto the highway.

Wonderful ride
I've owned 24 Lexus vehicles since 1998. All are wonderful but the new RX 350 is so quiet and comfortable

Have only had this car for 2 weeks but so far so good, we expect nothing but the best from Lexus. They've been number one for years.

Air Conditioner defective less than 14 hours
Maybe I am bad luck, I got this car on mid Jan 2017, deal closed at the night time, on the next morning, car drove less than 20 miles, the air conditioner died. Brand new car need to back to service in less than 60 miles. Stayed at the dealer for 2 days, they said the car has no freon, so the AC not working. Got the car back, then two weeks later, the air conditioner is out again. No cold air blow out at all, only kept blowing hot air. Took the car back to the dealer, and stayed for 4 days, this time they said too much freon, so the car air compressor itself stop produce cold air. Also, found out the dent after 1st service, so disappointed that I paid $65,000 for a defective car. I traded this car with my 2006 GS and the GS has no such problem in the last 11 years. Apparently, Lexus quality is going down. The most important things is the Longo Lexus customer service is getting worst, normal person should feel angry when a brand new car fail in less than 60 miles drive; however, their CS just think it is normal and told you if any problem happen again, just bring it back, they do not feel sorry at all. When I went to pick up my car, I want to speak to the CS directly, but what he answered me was I left you voicemail already, why you still ask me the same question, why I need to repeat to you the same thing? This is the attitude they gave you when they sold you a defective car.

Worth all the money and it is not cheap!
My RX350 is a pleasure to drive. On the highway it is more like flying a plane than driving a car. It not only is as smooth as silk but jackrabbit fast if you push the pedal and have the intesnity to watch the tachometer go to 6500 rpms. I enjoy this car greatly. Don't forget the superior sound system and the comfortable seats.

Good car
Reading the reviews and gripes about having to buy a new phone! This SUV is fine. Lexus quality. Got most of the F options. Very comfy front and rear. All the tech stuff is fine and easy to operate. Heads Up is neat. It's a medium price SUV and does just what it supposed to do! 5 star!

A very nice vehicle
I've had the RX350 for two months and am very happy with it. My previous car was a ES350 which I also liked, but I did miss the size and versatility of an SUV. Combined gas mileage has been around 20.5 mpg. I don't like the way Lexus packages the options that are available, I would prefer they establish trim lines that would include set option packages like Acura does. Heated steering wheel sounds like a good idea but only a small area is heated and it's not where I grip the wheel. Ventilated seats also sound like a good idea but even set on high I do not feel much air coming through the seat. The voice command system also needs work, or I need to attend a training class to understand it better. If I were to buy the car again, I would get the upgraded sound system, what I have now is just ok, nothing special.

long time rx owner
Got the new 17 RX and I am very disappointed about some things I was not made aware of before I got it. I have a windows cell phone and it worked great with the 2013 RX I traded in, including ability to get stock quotes, weather info, gas prices, etc. And most importantly, I got texts read to me and could respond to them orally while driving. With the new 2017, I have none of these unless a buy a new Iphone or other "compatible" device. And altho weather info is independent of what device you have, you need to be in an area where certain types of radio stations carry the necessary signal, which I am not. The car drives great, but it seems Lexus should tell buyers their technology has changed on this stuff. I made the logical assumption that my new car would have at least the same, if not better, capabilities my old one did. Now I realize it's a step down unless you have the right cell phone. Ironic that the 13 RX would not accomodate an I phone for texts. Now it appears to require one.
