Already my favorite car of all time

I bought a 8 yr old 2010 rx450h with only 43k Miles! Bluetooth connected faster than the new Honda Accord I had. The ride is so quiet and comfortable and the performance is like a little mini beast of a motor when you need to put your foot down and get ahead of somebody. Love everything about this car. Only downside I have to say is where they put the usb/accessory charger (deep in the center console). But that?s all i have to complain about. Getting around 28-30 mpg but closer to 40 mpg when I drive a bit slower. Car runs and feels like a mini performance car at times, for a hybrid midsize family car it has all the functions you need and the performance does not disappoint. Love it.

Great car; expensive to maintain

As a family of five without ungodly amounts of money, this car wasn't the perfect fit for us. It's small for five people. Repairs and components can be expensive, as is typical with luxury brands. Features are great, though, and it's certainly a nice car. I would highly recommend this car to a retired or child-free couple with a high income.

Great car

Drove this car for six years and had zero maintenance issues. The car is the perfect size for a family of four! I would definitely recommend it!

We need more Road Trips!

It feels like I read every review written about this SUV. The best part is that it is living up to what the reviews were saying. Getting older and I just can't jump in an old Vega and drive over a thousand miles non-stop like I used too! That said, we love the comfort of the seats, and the ride. I wouldn't mind having a set of the seats in the family room with the TV! We have only had it about 5 winter months, or 4,000 miles up in northern MN. The truck came with tires that are designated as all season but really they are not. Once we figured out the settings to get the vehicle to operate in all wheel mode it handled the snow much better. That said, I miss the earlier all wheel drive systems, the ones that came before the manufactures having to have a switch for the operator to set the vehicle for sand or mud or snow or dry or whatever - the system was smart enough to do what it was designed to without added selector input. Anyway, we are enjoying our highway trips, gas mileage is so-so with a combined avg of about 25, not really close to the rated but its a cold winter and I really don't try to maximize the mileage. With the size of this vehicle I'm pleased with getting 25 mpg. Other pluses would be good power, nice handling and braking. Not a big fan of the back up camera as I wish it had the marker lines and the navigation has gone blank on us a couple of times and then came back up. With all the vehicles this mechanical engineer has had thru over 40 years of driving I am really enjoying being behind the wheel of this Lexus.

Love it

I love this car. I like the fact that the rx450h is built in Japan while the rx350 is built in Canada. High quality!

A Great Deal for a Great Price

I really like this car. It is smaller than my Volvo XC90, but just as roomy, frankly, in the front and back seats. I miss some of the space I had in my cargo area, but the value easily makes up for that. Mine is a 2011, and it has all of the bells and whistles, a couple that my 2014 Volvo did not have, and my biggest compliment to Lexus is that everything on the dash and panels makes sense and is a great fit. I love how easy it is to adjust and collapse my side mirrors, same for the screen, the nav in this Lexus far exceeds that in my 2014 Volvo in ease of use and overall functionality. The heated and cooled seats are quite the luxury, and the ride is superb. I love the hybrid; it drives smoothly and seems to get pretty good gas mileage. I'm not entirely sure I am getting the 30-something city that was promised, but maybe I do more highway driving than I thought. The care has more than 100,000 miles on it, and, honestly, it rides like we just drive it off the showroom floor. It is a good-looking car, too. It handles very well in snow and ice. I love this Lexus, and I highly recommend it.
