Front bottom seats to short

Front bottom Seats to SHORT ( for a luxury car Lincoln has done like most makers and shortened front bottom seats) this creates discomfort in the thigh & hip area for longer trips. I had a Mark 4 and it had wonderful seats, too bad they tried to save few bucks and really destroyed the comfort in an otherwise nice car.

Just bought this car -- great people, great car!

Oh, my gosh. I just bought the car of my dreams, and the staff, especially LuAnn Campbell, were fantastic. I got a great car at a great price and now feel part of the Jack Kain family! They definitely want and make you feel that way! Thank to all the staff you guys are awesome!

A lot to love...but a lot to dislike

It may not be fair of me to rate my 2015 MKZ Hybrid after coming off a Mercedes E500 wagon and two Lexus RX SUV's before that but I'll try to be fair and honest. I did not set out to lease a Lincoln in the start, I got a great deal on a lease assumption so decided to give an American luxury car a chance. First the pluses: Beautiful exterior design(subjective) best thing Ford stole from Volvo during their brief ownership was the tail design. The interior is also very clean modern and sculpted and a pleasure to look at with some drawbacks I'll discuss later. The hybrid engine runs on regular, which is a big savings right there, and reliably delivers 34-38mpg for an even mix of city and highway driving. I have not yet done a long road trip so I'm not sure what to expect from a full tank at highway speeds. My hands down favorite feature is the standard equipment remote start. I live in NY and have a one car garage which my wifes car gets. We live in a duplex apartment in a 4 unit townhouse style structure and we are on the opposite side of the building from the parking lot...the darn remote works from any part of our duplex going thru three units and typically another 100 feet to the car. So nice walking out on a bitter cold day to my warmed up car.(but note: regular winter use will knock your mpg's down by 10-15% from idling) The car is very well insulated and is smooth and quite while cruising but the anemic 2 liter hybrid engine constantly whines under even the mildest acceleration, sounds like moaning cow. I wish Ford did a better job of sound proofing the engine compartment because the engine noise makes the car feel cheap. There is zero performance to this car, grandmothers in Toyota Carollas will kick your butt, so only consider the hybrid if you are a laid back driver. Leather front seating is average with some support but is light years behind MB and Lexus in ergonomics. My two biggest complaints are the console controls and the trunk. The console in the 2015 is entirely touch screen and touch sensitive surfaces...great visually and in concept...awful in real world application. I won't waste time on it because Ford already realized the problem and went back to conventional knobs and buttons an the 2016 model. The trunk on the non hybrid is a good size however on the hybrid the battery packs were mounted in the trunk in an unforgivable afterthought of design cutting the trunks space to less than half. At best you will fit one normal sized suitcase and one carry on or one supermarket shopping load. Forget about a couple or family's luggage or shlepping cargo. I'm truly torn about this car, it's a pleasant ride and cut my fuel costs so much it's like paying half of the lease cost.

Best car me ever by far!

It's everything I could have expected in a usd car and more. My only complaint is that it doesn't have navigation. It's difficult to find out if I can add navigation via the USB port. I keep getting conflicting information whenever I call dealers.

Beautiful Car - Subtle Difficiencies

Love the look and esthetic. V6 model isn't as powerful as I imagined, seems to drag a bit on the interstate. Other than that, I love the car. The interior is very sleek and modern. Center console has everything at a buttons reach. Ambient lighting adds a special night time flair to the car - able to shift to multiple colors. Quiet interior cabin.
