Sadly, my last MB

This is going to sadly be, my last Mercedes. My car smells like burning diesel, and it is not quiet in the interior at all. It soundes and smells like a truck. It is not at all like my former 1999 Mercedes-Benz E 320 4 Matic. I wish I had not sold my old car. It was much, much better. If your in the market for a car, buy the older 1999-2002 MB E class. The style is better, and feels like a Benz.

Nicest car I've ever owned!

If I only had one word to describe the E320 Bluetec, it would be WOW! It just glides down the road. Serene is word that is insuffiecient to describe it but that's all I've got at the moment! I especially love the diesel. I'm getting 30 in the city and 38 on the highway and that's average. It's peaked over 40 on the highway on a couple of trips. I'm going to keep mine forever because they killed it with the new body style. Nothing against Honda but the new E class and C class both look like Accords with a Mercedes grill slapped on as an afterthought! The classy look my 08 has is long lost with the new one. What were they thinking?

Best diesel on the road.

I've driven Mercedes for 25 years and the BluTec diesel is the best of all. It is quality and comfort with great economy:38 mpg on the highway. A great road car. The turbo gives it enough zip to step out smartly. The interior is quiet and elegant. It is expensive but well worth it. I intend to drive this car for years.

E320 Blutec Diesel

Best MB yet. Great mileage (25+ town, 37 Hwy @ 80 MPH)V6 but runs like V8, great passing and effortless Hwy driving. Feels as solid as a bank vault.

Great Car

I love my E-class; the styling and looks are great and I have gotten many compliments. My prior E320 had all sorts of bothersome but minor electronic glitches which I have not had on the new E350 4Matic. Going to the 4Matic cut the mpg down slightly but still does better than most; very economical on highways. The handling is sure footed, reliability very good, and when the lease is up I will likely buy it.

B-E-A-UTIFUL

I recently leased a E350 about 10 months ago. I absolutely love this car. It is luxurious yet sporty sedan and Mercedes did a wonderful job of combining the two. I have the 333 sport package which includes the 18 inch sport rims and exhaust tips. I chose beige interior which brightens up the car even though I have to clean it every week! There are however two downsides to the car. First, it lacks power. 268 horsepower is not enough and I would like to see a 280-290hp version come out. The other problem is reliability. The car seems to act up at times with the navigation system, the cd changer, and other things. Other than that, I love this car.

Classy car

I'm new to owning the E class vehicle. My last car was a BMW 525i, which delivered great performance. The old saying that Mercedes are the cars you are driven in and BMWs are the cars you drive is true. I'm impressed with the comfort and fuel efficiency, along with the great acceleration. However, the downsides are the handling which isn't as responsive as I'm used to, the braking system, and I felt the car should have come with more standard features (ipod docking station, GPS, Bluetooth) for the $50k price tag.
