2021 Mercedes-Benz GLA 250 consumer reviews

This is my 3rd Mercedes Benz and they have all been modern and pure luxury! They never disappoint. This experience was one of the best!

This suv as plenty of leg room. The design inside is immaculate. The back seat is very comfortable. And the Trunk is a lot of space for your groceries are any other items

After 30 years of Mercedes ownership (due in part of an excellent dealer), we have owned 10 since 2002. Our AMG 35 cabriolet is AWESOME, but it was time to turn in our E550 ( a fantastic vehicle). We traded the E on a 2021 GLA 250 (with reservations about the engine size), but we have found that this SUV is a great car. We are very happy with the new, restyled GLA, and the vehicle is truly a Mercedes product...roomy, up to date technology in infotainment & driver assist programs. All in all a great car that is prestigious, but not pretentious.

I absolutely love my new 2021 GLA 250. Yes, it can get expensive with each package you add on. And yes, it is pricy for a compact SUV. But you are paying for the quality of the car and once you start driving, you realize that while this might be considered a more "affordable" Mercedes-Benz to own (which again, is still expensive), it does not skimp on the quality that a more expensive Mercedes-Benz vehicle would have. It's the perfect size for a young adult or a small family. The new technology is great. I'm finding additional reasons to linger in my car because it's such a comfortable place to sit while waiting for your take-out during the pandemic.

Just leased this Mercedes. First SUV. Usually been in convertibles. Like the seating and space inside and appreciate the larger storage space styling is nice with model year update.

Reluctantly turned in my beloved '19 GLA due to space concerns with growing teen kids who no longer fit compliantly in the tiny backseat. SOOO much more room in the 2021 GLA (minus a panoramic sunroof this time!), and it feels like a totally different vehicle in every respect. Gone is the fun, loud, street racer drive to be replaced by a quiet, comfortable, SUV-like ride. The engine is fast enough around town and when accelerating on the freeway (my main concern). I test drove the AMG 35, and while I did notice an uptick in acceleration, there wasn't much difference in ride quality - plus I couldn't stand the Dinamica upholstery. The MBUX entertainment system and luxury cabin are the bomb, and I've been impressed so far with everything (at least in my four days of ownership!). My ONLY criticism is the standard radio is FAR lower in sound quality than in my '19. Had I spent more time test driving, I probably would have upgraded to the Bermester sound system. Have the Premium, Driver Assist, and Multimedia packages, and all seem to be operating well. Make sure to include the LED ambient lighting for fun!
