2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 consumer reviews

I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.

This car is a piece of crap they have had it for 2 years, almost bought it , missing interior nobs, drives like a 4 wheel drive truck, stay away.

Stay away !! Car has problems with engine and shudders. I’ve spoken to many other owners and they have those same issues. Piston issues, transmission. Car looks great and interior is amazing but the engine and reliability is a joke! I’m so disappointed I bought this GLC300 4Matic

Love the design of the interior (and exterior) but the controls for the ac/heater interior climate control don't work as they should. Air blows out of the dash vents when setting are for the floor, the windshield wipers are too slow probably half the speed of an American made vehicle when the wiper setting is on high. The service department at our local MBD said it was normal. I have to pull over when I'm in a slightly heavy rain where I would not have to in my other (American made) vehicles. Our local MB dealership said I would have to get my oil changed at the dealership while the warranty is valid and they charge $315 for just an oil change. I'm going to trade it when right before the warranty is expired. This is a nice SUV but I think my Nissan Murano was a better vehicle.

I'm not new to the Mercedes brand, as this is my 4th. This is, however, my first try at the Mercedes SUV. So far, I'm extremely happy. Favorite feature has to be the camel leather seats...an impressive update from the MB-Tex.

A pleasant driving car. Very dependable. But, in my opinion, not very user friendly. The controls for features like like wipers, lights, and GPS are complex and buried under layers. The GPS took me over a route that was 1 hour longer than normal on a 5 hour trip because GPS had avoid carpool lanes turned on. Had to call MB at an 800 number to find out the feature even existed. Also, I HATE the run flat tires.

This car excess my expectation it is a dream care. I feel so comfortable in it, it has a lot of space for me. I love the automatic park assistance and touch screen.

I bought the GLC Coupe with the AMG package and it’s the nicest car I have ever owned. The unique two tone (black and cranberry) interior definitely sets it apart from other cars.

Comfort, performance, great design, and above all safety - I am delighted with my choice. Even after just a few hundred miles, I can tell that the safety features will make a big difference in my driving confidence.

Love the interior, handling and interfacing capabilities. New sporty design and love how it handles!!! Has more power than my last Mercedes and love driving it!
