I am looking for a Mercedes Benz C300 4 Matic. 2022 to 2025. Used. I want a coupe. You know a real coupe with only two doors. I live in South Carolina so a test drive will probably have to be a buying experience. I currently drive a BMW Z4 that I want to keep. I also will finance through my Credit Union due to their 5.6% rate. If I remember correctly you alll also offered a 36 month lease with option to buy which sounds great, except for the interest rate. You showed lots of nice photos to examine. Going work overall.

Great experience!!!! The entire process of sales, delivery, and service was smooth, efficient, and very enjoyable. I cannot say that about most of the car purchase I've had over my lifetime. I'm a very detailed person so I can be a bear to deal with when it comes to large purchases. But everyone at Mercedes Bellevue worked with me through all of my questions and concerns to make me happy. Trenton the sales manager was incredibly communicative, professional, attentive, and worked hard to put my deal together. Lorenzo my sales person made the sales process very easy. Scott in finance was experienced, detailed, and thorough. From my initial contact with the sales team to driving off the lot was very positive. After taking delivery I had some initial concerns about one of the features of the car. The sales team did not hesitate and jumped right into action to get my issue resolved. Jeff the other sales manger was right there to assist in my concern. They put me in a loaner and got my car into service ASAP. Wayne my service advisor was very quick to get me moving. Within a few days they had looked over the issue and had me back in. The master tech Anton took the time to come out, sit down with me, and answer all my questions. In all my years of buying cars and having them serviced I've never had a master tech give so much of his time to just making me reassured. I was a very loyal BMW buyer for many years but the overall experience at Mercedes of Bellevue was best I've ever had. The fact that I was treated warmly and professionally from all departments in the dealership usually mean they have a very strong culture of treating their customers well. In my experience that is hard to find in a dealership. I will definitely be purchasing my next car from them.

Minneapolis: 3AM: Awake, Can’t sleep. Doom scrolling nationwide for a new Mercedes, and after being dismissed by my local Mercedes dealers, I found the car I wanted at Sisson Mercedes in Washington, Pennsylvania. Filled out the “I’m Interested” tab, not expecting to hear anything back, and a few hours later…It was 3AM after all…I got an e-mail from Kristin Presutti at Sisson Mercedes about the car I was interested in…Being we are both Italian, She made me an offer I couldn’t refuse and I now await my new Mercedes to arrive in Minneapolis from the suburbs of Pittsburgh. It’s now days later and I have yet to hear from my local Mercedes dealers…I have been buying cars since 1979 and Kristin is truly the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Simply outstanding.

The sales person, Mr. Terrell Williams, was courteous and we immediately looked over the vehicle and commenced upon the test drive. After a brief discussion in Mr. Williams office, we were able to purchase the vehicle and drive it home. I do have a couple items to further work out with Mr,. Williams in regards to refinancing with my local credit Union and am hopeful he is open to assisting us within matter.

The moment I knew i needed to trade my car in and went online shopping for the best trade in value, they beat everyone. I worked with Gil and he made the shopping part so seamless. He was courteous, had great insight and got me the info on the cars (i was very indecisive) I wanted. When I finally chose one, I was able to get it the next day before noon. He was also very patient with my kid as well (he needs all the patience). Then when we got down to the money part Josh was also amazing! He made it so painless and was very efficient and explained things well. I believe the whole process took maybe an hour and a half. Josh was also a saint in dealing with my energetic kid. Let him use his phone for YouTube kids when I needed mine and made him laugh. He didn't even mind a little drool that got on there. All in all, those men were awesome to work with and would definitely work with them again.

More than a month went by, and despite repeatedly following up with my salesperson, I kept getting the same response: "Our service department will call you to schedule an appointment." When I tried calling to follow up, my calls would go straight to voicemail after only a couple of rings, and I felt like I was getting nowhere. It was disappointing because the excitement of buying a new car was being overshadowed by the lack of communication and follow-through. Finally, I decided to call the service department directly, and that's when I had the pleasure of speaking with Billy Robinson in the Make Ready Department. From the moment he answered the phone, everything changed. Billy listened patiently to my concerns, treated me with genuine respect, and immediately took ownership of the situation. He didn't make excuses or pass me off to someone else, he simply said he would take care of it, and he absolutely did. True to his word, Billy had everything arranged and completed the very next day. After more than a month of waiting and getting nowhere, he accomplished in one day. That level of responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction is rare these days. Billy Robinson is exactly the kind of employee every dealership hopes to have. He is courteous, compassionate, accountable, and truly cares about his customers. He turned a very frustrating experience into a positive one simply by doing what he said he would do. His outstanding communication and willingness to help restore my confidence in the dealership. Billy deserves to be recognized for his exceptional customer service and dedication. He went above and beyond, and I can't thank him enough for making things right. If every employee provided the level of service that Billy does, customer satisfaction would be through the roof. 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
I am a senior citizen and I want to feel secure while driving, and the SUV gives me that. I am on the short side so getting in and out was a new experience for me, but I learned how to manage it. Once, I found the seat setting the visibility is exceptionally good. It handles nicely on the road with quick pick-up, and the gas mileage is about average.
