2020 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 review
A pleasant driving car. Very dependable. But, in my opinion, not very user friendly. The controls for features like like wipers, lights, and GPS are complex and buried under layers. The GPS took me over a route that was 1 hour longer than normal on a 5 hour trip because GPS had avoid carpool lanes turned on. Had to call MB at an 800 number to find out the feature even existed. Also, I HATE the run flat tires.

Staff are respectful, not pushy, and we’re communicative during negotiations without some of the underhanded behavior I saw with other dealerships. When they did not have the car I wanted in stock, they checked other dealerships and had it delivered. The only thing that I would change was they negotiated financing before showing us warranty packages and that is something I would have wanted to be able to calculate while negotiating how much I’d pay each month and overall.

Frank then introduced himself and while shaking my hand stated that his team was here to make sure that we were happy with our new car now and after the sale. He was very pleasant and sincere. He then said if I needed anything related to our new car, that he and his team was here for me. I have never experienced such exceptional teamwork in providing informational support to me as the customer. After meeting Frank, I could see why his “Five Star” sales leadership team is jointly focused on treating the customer as special and providing a very pleasant experience. Jay Simison, the Finance Director was personable like a close friend or favorite family member. He explained payment options , extended warranty options, and the paperwork associated with this transaction in understandable terms. He reviewed the car purchase order in detail. I appreciate how he also saved us money and protected our interests with his expert advice and knowledge. We are very pleased!!! Nissan of Orange Park MANAGER’s Special has provided us at the BEST DEAL we could find anywhere in the state. We have been looking for a sports car for the past six months. From setting me up as the primary owner (at no charge), updating software, and repairing an at-purchase existing issue under warranty, they have been exceptional. Harry in the service department has been a pleasure to work with. On each visit, I have been able to get a loaner when needed as well, which was setup in advance.
