Best car I have owned so far.

Meets all of my expectations so far and then some. Most importantly I feel very safe and the comfort is outstanding. No drawbacks at all to this car.

Love my new car!

The car meets all of my needs and then some! The instrumentation looks intimidating but is very userfriendly. I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

Nice looking car to own.. go for GLE450

Nice car interior and exterior wise. When it comes to performance, it is slightly disappointing. GLE350 I4 engine make you feel like driving entry SUV. If I go back in time, I will definitely invest more money to buy GLE450 thinking to own it for good 5~6years at least.

A very luxurious SUV!

I have been driving my new 2020 GLE 350 for several weeks now. I absolutely love everything about it! I even enjoy running tedious errands just so I have an excuse to drive this car!

Much better, but could have been perfect

I've had three MLs, a C300 AMG, E350 and two GLEs, and the 2020 GLE 350 is by far the best. My vehicle is black with Macchiato Beige/Magma Grey interior (natural grain grey oak wood trim), and includes the AMG/Black package, so the vehicle is quite striking inside and out. I am not a fan of the rear end design of the car--its so boring--but the AMG package helps step up the look. The ergonomics, displays and functionality it very good and much improved over previous models. The car seems to take off pretty quick and I can't imagine needing a faster engine. Ride is improved and the cabin is more quiet. However, a few things really disappoint me. First, the $850 Burmester system sounds about as good as the system in a Chevy. The Harmon Kardon system in previous vehicles was way better, as was the Burmester system in my C300. You can opt for the High-End system for $5,400, but that's not realistic for me. Second, I wish the large MBUX permitted a split screen--if you switch over to another feature such as music while using navigation, you loose all prompts unless you configure the navigation in the driver's display. The screen does split for the Augmented Video, so it would seem to be something MBUSA could easily program. Third, the phone charging station seems to be squeezed into the design. Its an awkward location and if you want to use Apple Car Play, you have to use an adapter and your regular cord creating a bit of a mess in that area. It would have been better to leave the Apple Car Play connection in the center console to hide the wires... plus if you are connected to Apple Car Play, the phone is being charged, so their is no reason for it to be in the wireless charging location. Fourth, I wish MBUSA would use the same voice recognition software as Waze. While the system is much better than previous versions, it still lags behind others. Fifth, and this is insignificant, but MB changed the SOS button to white--I think they should have left it red. Sixth, and this is significant to me, MB finally redesigned the key fob only to fail miserably. While I am happy its slimmer, its also slippery--easy to drop--and the design makes it nearly impossible to using without looking at it. Cars 1/3 of the price have fobs that are slim and designed in such a way that you can navigate the buttons without looking at it.

very reliable car.

This is my third car. I always drive for a long distances, ans I feel very comfortable cozy. Among all cars I used, Mercedes-Benz was always the best.

Nicest Car I have ever owned

The technology on this vehicle is phenomenal. Even if you read the manual and watch You-Tube videos on the MBUX system, you will still have questions. Consequently, having a sales associate who is willing and able to help you learn the MBUX system after the sale is as critical as getting a great price. Also, you need to do your research before you purchase. Make sure you know what options you desire versus what options you require. For example, the AMG rims look great, but aren’t very practical. The 20 inch AMG rims have different wheel face offsets even though they have the same tire size. That means you can’t rotate the tires without removing the tires from the rims each time you rotate them. That requires a wheel rebalance and risks damage to the rims if the technician isn’t careful. The 21 AMG inch rims have wider tires in the back than in the front and can’t be rotated at all. That means you can expect to have to buy a new set of tires every 20-30K miles…if you keep it aligned. Do your research up front and make sure you know what you're purchasing. I did, and I couldn’t be happier.

Unreliable Technology

I purchased the 2020 GLE350 in September. I have had it back to Mercedes three times with electronic issues, a trim issue falling off and a leak into the headlights that caused an electrical malfunction. I purchased this car to use Apple Car Play, it frequently does not work with the car.

Technology Technology Technology

Was looking for a car with the latest in technology. I love having 4 options for accessing- voice, touch screen, wheel, or push pad. Everyday, I learn something new and I'm excited to drive. My family has more than enough room and the cargo space is huge. I look forward to many years of comfortable driving in my GLE 350. Good job Mercedes, on the new redesign!
