The vehicle has more features than one person would expect. After purchasing we found out it had massager in front two seats. Vehicle was large enough to hold our family of 5. Two of which are in car seats. The other suv where just not wide enough. The GLS 450 WORKS PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY

The 2020 GLS is beyond exceptional, great ride, beautifully appointed and technologically advanced. There are so many features we wonder what could have possibly left out!

This car is a vehicle that rides very smoothly and is impressive in both style and performance. Interior is lush and the computerized dash screen is like something out of Star Wars.

I need a medium size SUV, big enough but not too big. The GLS450 is that car, plenty of room to haul anything, including Grandkids. Love the luxury and ride!

This is my second GLS450 and I am very happy with the purchase. The technology has been updated and improved. The car has been very reliable and fun to drive. I recommend this car if you are in the market for a great SUV.

This is the email I sent to Mercedes Benz of Manhattan and MB Consumer Affairs Lance, We spent the last few months fixing item after item with this recently leased new 2020 GLS. They never fixed the second row right seat which still does not work correctly. I finally had to send them a video of it because they kept denying or just didn't check that there was a problem. Now they say ‘now you are having a problem with the back seat”…this was flagged to them a month ago!! Lets see… Driver Door rattled…still does at certain temps after fixing Remote start didn’t work because the car signaled that windows were open when they were not-fixed Roof rattles…still Stitching on the driver side seat came undone-fixed Rattle in second row seat-fixed Second row seat not working-still Error messages on the dash that bulbs burned out that weren’t.-seems to be fixed Then issues with third row. This is NOT what I signed up for with an $80k car…the hours I have spent chasing the dealer and arranging pick up after pickup. They also promised to refund me $ on the lease but that never happened. STUNNING!

this is the best car, huge space for sever seats SUV, very comfortable for second row captain seats, this is much better BMWx7. very strongly recommend for all my friend and family.

The ride is smooth. The extra room is appreciated, and the 2nd row captain's chairs really opens up the interior. Mercedes did a great job finishing every square inch of this vehicle. Best Yet SUV I've had.
