Replaced my 2016 model with the 2019.....

I originally leased the 2016 SE because we needed a larger car for the family and it was one of the few that came with a 3rd row that wasn't a land yacht. My only real complaint was that the car felt under powered, but I am driving a mid sized crossover. Three years later it was just smarter for me to buy a new one instead of keeping the old one. I bought the exact same just 2019 and this one came with some upgrades; leather, upgraded infotainment, all weather, etc. I LOVE this car! While it still remains a little under powered from stop; I have no issues passing and accelerating when I need to. The car rides SUPER smooth and is just all around comfortable. Even the third row is can fit a grown adult fairly comfortably which is saying a lot considering the competition. The car just looks nice and it drives nice and I didn't have any issues with my first one after 3 years of pretty hard driving and my new one is picking up where the old Mitsu left off. Aside from all this it burns gas pretty much like a car; I get 350-400 miles per tank pretty consistently on a 15 gallon tank. This is one of those great sleepers that most people don't even think about. It is a great car.

Just bought it.

I love the V6 and power and options of the GT. Love the room in the vehicle. Every option you could want in a car.

Uncomfortable and inconvenient interior

This car has poor interior design. The front seats are far too narrow. They fit my skinny 10 year old's bottom, but not mine. The seat is hard as a rock and lifts a bit on the sides to hug you in, but my big ol' backside rests uncomfortably on it, leaving marks on my thighs. The interior design stinks, too. The USB is tucked under a flap so that you can't see it and you have to "feel" for it instead. The cup holders are tucked too far up underneath the console, as well, making it difficult to reach and difficult to place tall cups. Armrests are too low. The seat heater switch is also tucked underneath the center storage unit, again making it difficult to "see" when driving. Finally, the parking break button is placed directly under where the passenger's hand rests. Simply brushing it accidentally makes the brakes slam. Super sensitive and scary at times.

The shake in this vehicle will dive you nuts.

Since the day I picked it up the outlander ES has shaken at highway speeds. The dealer rebalanced, put new factory tires on, found lose bolts and replaced one rear cv axle and now can not figure it out. The regional service manager after test driving mine and three others says it’s the tires. He will not give his recommendation of what tire will fix this vehicle or pay for them.

Most reliable car I've owned

It's very nice. I really glad I purchased this SUV. They give you a 100000 mile warranty on it as well. I will buy another one.
