2010 Nissan Altima consumer reviews

I bought this as a 10 year old commuting daily driver. It has a sporty look and feel to it. Highway MPG at 106k miles is still above 30. Nissan has problems with dash adhevide coming up through dash and leaving unsightly sticky residue in 2008-2010 Altimas. For my purposes a $35 dash cover fixed that problem. Seating is comfortable and mileage is fantastic for a ICE.

I’ve had no maintenance problems (engine or electrical) with this car. Car has had regularly scheduled maintenance since purchased. Dark grey exterior looks great with blue/grey interior.

Great family car, great reliable car, awesome mileage car, great commuter, very comfortable car with no mechanical issues and very enjoyable car to own. One owner vehicle and a clean title

Great car. No problems ever. Still running good. Does not cost a lot to maintain. At 115000 miles and yet to spend anything except for maintenance

Great room. Executes on the bare essentials. Take care of it and it takes care of you. Very comfortable with plenty of room. Suspension could use some more stiffness when fully loaded, but very comfortable alone. CVT is very smooth.

I own a 2.5 S. My car has now over 264k miles, 220k under my ownership. I have replaced one wheel bearing, one cylinder coil, and the a/c compressor. This is not a flash, fancy car; but if you're looking for reliability, this is a car you should seriously consider. The CVT shifts smoothly and responsively. The 2.5 delivers nice pep for a 4 cylinder.

This car started falling apart after 6 months. The transmission needs to be replaced and it's bleeding power steering fluid due to a bad hose. The dealership knew they were selling us a lemon.

I always owned larger luxury vehicles ... my last car was a Mercedes Benz e320. I wanted to downsize and economize.... The Nissan Altima met almost all of my needs. I opted for the SL model because it had leather interior upgraded sound system and plenty of luxury details that I was used to having. I love driving it, I get great gas mileage, and I have had absolutely no trouble with it so far. It was a good choice!

Nissan was not the first name on my list when shopping started however after a couple of test drives, feature comparisons, not excessive mileage, and finally price point comparisons, Nissan Altima came to the top of my list and I found and excellent 2010 for short money. The car is quiet inside, well asppointed, handles & drives better than my previous car, starts with a T ends with an A. The car has high reliability and has never stranded or delayed me due to electrical or mechanical failures, it just keeps delivering solid, comfortable transporation. I would highly recommend Nissan be added to your car shopping list.

It is the best vehicle I owned and I have driven. Extremely reliable and smooth rides. Awesome mileage. Never broken down, no technical problems at all.
