Very dependable

I have been driving mine for 3 years now and have had no problems except for minor wear and tear. Will continue buying Nissans.

Reliable, but underpowered

Good drive, but needs more horses under the hood though. As far as reliability goes though, I have not had any problems with the one that i purchased. The Two wheel drive model does not do a whole lot in the snow. It has a hard time speeding up and turning (like most rwd cars or trucks). The ka24de is a good and strong motor that will last a life time...........................................

don't buy

Bought 2004 Frontier SE crew cab new in 2004. I've had many problems, worn out driver's mat at 8 months,2 bad speakers(been replaced),rust on rear bumper at 29,700.KM(garage kept)non-salt environment. Incorrectly installed center front console, creaking windows,"service engine soon" light coming on. It would be hard for me to recommend this vehicle

buyer beware

I bought new a 2004 Frontier SE,the first day, center front console installed incorrectly. When opening the main console compartment, this would rub on the seat, there would have been some excessive wear early in trucks life if not fixed. The driver's side mat wore through in one spot at 8 months.I've had 2 speakers replaced. My front window area creaked with windows up/down or somewhere in between. At less than 30,000 KM in a car friendly environment and garage kept,my rear bumper has a rust bubble and rust on the underneath of said bumper It would be hard for me to suggest this vehicle.
