2008 Nissan Maxima consumer reviews

I just had my 2009 Subaru Forester finally give out on me and I loved that car so much. It was very reliable and comfortable but I got a 2008 SL Maxima with only $159,000 miles on it for $3,500 out the door and I absolutely love it. I had a 2000 SE Maxima years ago and loved it but I wrecked it and totaled it and they said it was a salvaged title it never had any issues tho prior to my carelessness. So now having my second one I can say this is most definitely my favorite car. It’s like the perfect mixture of sporty and classy. Big enough for a family and small enough for one to drive and not feel like it’s too much. I love having a V6 engine over a 4 cylinder too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I’m a new driver, and my dads friend gave us his 08 maxima to me for my first car. It needed some repairs, and once it was repaired, I never thought any other car was better. Straight away I knew how reliable this car was, after about a year of driving the car after the repairs, we had zero issues with anything which is absolutely insane. The amount of love I have towards the maxima is unreal, it’s super powerful, nice interior, great features, and the fact that it looks like a race car from the back with the way the lights are, and the quad exhaust pipe make this car a perfect fit for anyone looking for a sport car without the sport car title and pricing.

The window regulator had to be replaced 3 times is anyone else having this problem? I noticed the rocker panel rusted. But it's great highway driving!

This is a good car to have decent leg room in the back and good leg room up front it’s got comfy seats so you don’t feel uncomfortable so better for road trips over all nice car

I have bought three Maxima's and today I only owned the 08. Just traded my 03 for a Honda CR-V. The 03 Max I kept 18, years, at a cost but I loved the car, and the 94, I gave to Son in 2010. The 08 Maxima was the wife's car and caused me no expenses until 2019. A major engine flaw which I decided to have fixed. A real disappointment that was with only about 85,000 miles. All of my Nissans were purchased new.

Has all the bells and whistles a car could have. Love the built in garage door openers. Handsfree talking, and Bose sound system. Kept very clean, love the leather seats. Heated seats and steering wheel always nice. Not been in an accident. Regular oil changes and maintenance. V6 engine has the get up and go.

I love the Max!! Just the best! If ur looking for a car to fit all ur needs this is it. Great prices great gas savers great for families.

This car has been so reliable. It has an amazing sound system and definitely has some horse power. I get compliments on this car so much for an older car.

This car has plenty of power, economical, smooth driving, and great features. I love the sound system, Bose, and heated steering wheel... That is a spoiler!
