Multiple issues stemming from cheap materials

We bought this Pathfinder slightly used only ~15,000 miles on it for our family. We have had to replace both the sun visors due to plastic parts breaking; replaced 2 door handles due to plastic breaking (had to roll down window, unlock door from outside handle then roll window up again until parts came in...real classy ?)! Then had to replace entire Power Train due to jerking when turning the wheels due to the back wheels locking up) $3000 later. Then my shifter went out and it?ll be $1,000 to fix; no thanks I?ll just reset it every time with a skinny item. I?m shocked none of these are recalled items! Then we go into recalls: there was the computer glitch recall CV something then there was the air bag error on passenger side.

LOVE it

This suv meets my needs. Roomy but not too big, perfect features, great for the kids. Only 2 cons: No running boards makes it hard for my little one to get in/out without help. 3rd row headrest sometimes can be a blind spot.

Best pre owned suv for the money

The interior is beautiful, the ride is like a cadillac with great interior room and of course 4- wheel drive. It drives flawlessly smooooth, i love this car and the pre owned pricing is among the lowest in it class. I know it sounds like bad depreciation but its my gain!!! The computer systems are a little dated compared to newer cars but the great ride and value ( half of new!!) makes up for it.

For what I paid I have not been impressed.

In the last three months I've started having problems with the luggage rack stripping coming out. I had this problem right after I bought the car also. Would not think this should be a regular problem. Nissan wants $700.00 to replace this. The sunvisor on the passenger side already broken and falling down. I only have about 35,000 miles on my car and rarely have someone in the car with me. When I do have some one in the car with me they're usually the one driving. I know I haven't been swinging on the visor. $269.00 for Nissan to fix this problem. This last week the auto tailgate lift quit working. We tried resetting the gate but still doesn't work. Now it will not open at all. Wonder what this will cost? I had planned on this car being the last one I bought. But if it starts falling apart before I get it paid for its not a very good value.

Smooth ride at a great price!!!

This SUV is very nice and comfortable to drive. We bought ours used to get to and from and have had no problems so far. There is plenty of room for the family, especially with the 3rd row. This vehicle gets around 21 mpg, which is a big upgrade from our previous SUV. The vehicle has a smooth ride, is fun to drive, and looks really nice! I would recommend to anyone needing an SUV that gives you a lot for a great price!
