2013 Nissan Pathfinder consumer reviews

When I saw this car online oh, I was definitely interested in seeing and test driving it. When I came to the lot to check it out and test drive it I immediately fell in love with it the car was beyond my expectations.

Purchased as a fan vehicle for trips, pulling a small trailer, and still wanted great features and styling and our Pathfinder delivers all and then some!

The car meets my needs and overall I am satisfied. For taller passengers, the floor could be a little lower to make the ride more comfortable. There is an issue with the passenger airbag sensors that occurred after 4 months of ownership (should be a recall because it’s a known issue).

Soooo roomy, has many useful bells & whistles, but not overdone! Love my ability to use my backup cam! I sit up higher and have a safer view of traffic and obstacles. It’s so easy to get in and out of! The cargo area is great for packing lots into for fun vacations! The 3rd set of seats that can hide away or be used makes room for many friends or family to ride along. My dog’s kennel can be secured in the back seat so he can go on fun trips with me, and I know he’ll travel safely, too. From the heated seats in back & front, to the ample amount of cup holders, to the armrest/stash area between the driver & passenger seats, to the airbags, to the compass in the rear view mirror, I just know I will be getting the next Pathfinder that is available when I’m ready to buy again!

Bought brand new $46000 nothing but problems. Recalls on CVT, rear hatch, and airbags. Roof rack fell apart in first 6 months, driver side window failed multiple times and Nissan wouldn?t take care of it, but my dealer Anderson Nissan was great. Hood paint began flaking off at 3 years, original tires lasted 30,000 miles. Rear bearing went at 3 years, blower fan failed. Driver seat heating cooling motor melted in January $1000 + to fix. At 5 years cooling system failing, called Nissan USA multiple times on these issues, but no go. Nissan USA was unresponsive and rude. They are very aware this redesign was an absolute dog and they absolutely refuse to stand behind their product. My goal was to keep it a couple of more years until I had no passaenger airbag on way home from vacation in July 2018. When we took it in to be fixed we were informed transmission was failing. Last straw, good bye Nissan anything. This vehicle should have some serious recalls! August 2018 bought a slightly used Mazda CX-9- I will not even look at a used Nissan for my daughter and there are plenty out there for not a lot of money-wonder why! Nissan USA is a terrible company to deal with.

Very dependable vehicle I've owned three counting this one. You should have a recall on it though for the sun visor especially the driver's side check the site their expensive to replace and can't be repaired

The car met all of my needs and in my price range! I love nissan vehicles because they're roomy, reliable and pleasantly pretty. My truck is what i was looking for and could not be happier!

This vehicle surpasses all my expectations in feel n drive. It is very reliable in the winter n for long travels as well. It is useful as much as it is reliable n comfortable.

The pathfinder feels like I'm driving a luxury car the motor is extremely powerful and is great on gas it's a very smooth ride. The interior is beautiful. Highly recommend this vehicle

meets my need pulling 5k camper, towhaul and engine braking does the job. awesome dyno traction control.. ensure buy extended warranty only one issues CVT transmission most complaint i known.. wished they knew the problem first place. i know lawsuit about it my opinion comfort is very good feels like driving like a car but awesome to carry 7 passenger too wished had more cargo room (avergage rating) exterior i wish there is aftermarket headlights. automatic selector 4wd and 4wheel lock works great no issues in snow or in mud as long get traction control off prevent spining..
