First new car
All of my previous cars have been hand-me-downs and I got my 2017 Nissan Rogue to replace a 2002 Ford Focus. I definitely needed the upgrade and I could not be more happy with my purchase! I just took an 8 hour trip to IL and the gas mileage blew me away! It drives so smooth and preforms better than I was expecting!

Value for the money
I would not have thought about a Rogue, except we rented one - Rogue S for a while. It really impressed us. My wife wanted to get back into an SUV. She missed the ease of entry and setting up higher than our Ford Focus. We ended up Leasing a 2017.5 Rogue SL. While the rental was enjoyable, we missed more upscale features such as Electronic A/C, leather interior, upgraded Stereo/Speakers etc. The SL model provides all that. The size of the vehicle is just right. Lots of rear seat room. Like that the rear seats slide & you can adjust the seat back rake. The ride quality seems better than the S model. Not sure if they add more sound insulation in the SL, but to the ear, it appears so. So if you are looking for a small SUV that has room for the family. This may fit your needs. It also seems to provide more interior room than the other small SUVs (Escape, CRV, RAV4). Maybe that is why you see so many on the road.

Classy SUV
Love my new Rogue. This car drives well, is comfortable, and gets good gas mileage. As a tall person, the car is quite roomy and appropriate for big people.

Good Looking and Drives Well
Where do I begin? I am tall and there is plenty of legroom. The interior width is nice in that you don't rub shoulders with your passenger. There is so much storage that it's crazy. Ride is very smooth a little more road noise in the back seat but nothing in the front. I'm used to driving an 8 cylinder truck and was apprehensive of passing other vehicles but this suv has so much pick up that you don't realize it only has 4 cylinders. Gas mileage is amazing - I drive a combo of city & highway and get about 30 mpg. This vehicle is better than I had hoped for.

Going Rogue!
I recently changed from a Subaru Forester to the Nissan Rogue 2017. Very similar vehicles in many ways. Similar MPG, Drag coefficient, Price, Cargo space etc etc. Although less power and torque than the Subaru I find the CVT more even and great in all conditions. Just had 7 inches of snow and the AWD works extremely well and felt just as capable as the Subaru. The configurable cargo space and sliding rear seat make the use of space better than the competion. It has 5 cubic feet less than Subaru Forester but I recently moved house and fitted a huge amount of boxes in it. This is a plus over Subaru along with the less Boxey body. The Rogue handles way better on the road and handles crosswinds with ease. Averaging 29mpg around town and 33mpg Highway. The other plus is the "zero gravity"driver's seat. By far the most comfortable SUV seat I have used and great for long highway trips. Body styling looks modern and not Boxey like the Forester, Drives nicely with nice not too light steering, breaking is excellent, acceleration OK but not as fast as some, highway driving a breeze with low rpm for high speed. I have hyper miled it a 37mpg cruising at 55mph....not bad for an afternoon drive! The color is Midnight Jade............an interesting paint that looks green in sunlight, Brown in shade and Black at night......but earthy in appeal. Not sure I should have gone with that color but it looks stylish. All around it beats Subaru because of Styling, handling, practicality and sound system.

The Rogue is stylish and offers everything I like in a vehicle. I have enough leg room and the interior goes well with the color. The amount of space is great also.
