This is our third Rogue and my favorite.
Car is very comfortable. The Bluetooth needs to be less steps in making a call. I prefer the cover over the storage area and the split storage does nothing.

WORST CAR EVER IN 25 YEARS
ROGUE ? PRETTY AND NICE BELLS AND WHISTLES but don?t judge a book by it?s cover! Let me share my experience with Rogue, Nissan Service and Nissan Retailer Prix du Gros Trois-Rivires. My Rogue S 2.5L 2017 is only 9 months old by the way. Worst car decision ever made in 25 years. A Rogue is like a gorgeous girl you meet who you think will be the love of your life and then 3-6 months later you peel off the layers and wonder what the heck you got into. Atleast with the girl you can dump her but with Nissan Rogue, you?re stuck for lease duration! PROBLEM 1 ? POOR PAINT - The paint is chipped all over and not only on the front hood. I?ve been driving for 25 years, NEVER have I had a car with paint chipping so much. Even top and sides is chipping away. NISSAN Customer Service AND PRIX DU GROS RESPONSE = sorry not guaranteed can?t do anything. PROBLEM 2 ? AIR INTAKE ? I live in Qubec Canada, winter = snow. This winter during snow fall, my car all of a sudden loses power on the highway and the engine?s power caps at 70km/h. Go to Nissan service and they tell me, OH THAT?S NORMAL, it?s a problem that is common with these cars. The problem is the snow goes through the AIR FILTER INTAKE and blocks the air intake and car loses power. Known problem with Nissan as per their confirmation. They invented a solution with a sponge. I?ve been driving in snow for 25 years...never seen this issue with other brands. PROBLEM 3 ? CLIMAT CONTROL ? Summer time, all good but winter time, it?s either a SAUNA in the car or you freeze! No middle ground. When you talk to Nissan, their response ONCE AGAIN is that it?s a know issue but can?t (which means WONT) do anything about it. So basically during winter, you freeze or sweat in your Nissan! PROBLEM 4 ? POWER AND TORQUE ? Although it,s not a car problem I still raise the issue. On a highway, yes it has power to pass cars. In town when you take off from a stop or light or go up a small hill, power from speed 1 to 3 is aweful! A mopette has more power. I know a Rogue is not a speed car YES but either has no power or you put pedal to the metal and then you feel the engine will blow up. Not fun! PROBLEM 5 ? CUSTOMER SERVICE - Nissan said we?ll send you $100 gas gift card for your problems. That?s like the value of 1 gas fill up over the span of a 4 year lease! Oh...wow, as if that fixed the problem of chipping paint and the rest. Wonder what my car will look like after 4 years of lease and how much value they?ll give back in 4 years. I asked that Nissan performs touch ups and installs a hood deflector at their expense (even if more than the hood is chipping). REPONSE = NO! As for Prix du Gros in Trois-Rivires, basically didn?t give a hoot about it. So basically, all of this translates to WE DON?T CARE, LIVE WITH IT, NOT OUR PROBLEM. I basically told them, you have voiced your position and how you value your customer and that?s fine. Now I know what to do until I get true resolution to the issues. Long live social media! My lease is 4 years long and I still have more than 3 years to go exposing the true nature of my experience. If I don?t get resolution, atleast I can prevent others from going through deception like I?m going through. Long live social medias. SUMMARY Now I understand why their warranty is aweful. They know their product is subpar and it will breakdown and the user will end up paying to subsidize their crap. Nissan has nice bells and whistles and features but can?t even get basic CAR 101 concept right like torque and power + climat control + air intake. And when you raise the issues you gets responses like CANT DO ANYTHING or we?ll send you 100$ gas gift card...as if that changes anything! I?m sure some people have good experiences with NISSAN+ROGUE YES but what you want to know about the company you spend $25,000+ with is will they be there for you if it doesn?t go well. You see the true value of a brand not when it goes well, but when things don?t go well. Now you know how they consider you when it doesn?t go well. BEWARE!

Best value economically and performance wise.
This car was an incredible deal! The front seats are heated and ergonomically designed for comfort and long car rides! Recently travelled in it and felt very comfortable and relaxed. Our son who sat in the back seat was surprised to not get car sick. Must of been related to the higher seating in the rear. Great value for the money!!!

Love my 2018 Rogue with Platinum Package
Traded in a leased 2016 top of the line Rogue for a 2018 with the Platinum Package. Upgrades from the 2016 include a remote start, heated steering wheel, Pro Pilot Assist (safety-related), updated navigation, Apple/Android Car Play, electric parking brake, seat setting memory, and a more luxurious interior. The engine feels a bit more powerful - no acceleration lag that I noticed in the 2016. Extremely happy with the move to the new vehicle.
