Needs better suspension.

The vehicle wobbles in the rear excessively when going over road bumps! Recommend a sturdier suspension system and better tires to improve the feel of the vehicle when driving…

Nissan Needs to Do Away with Electronic Shift

After doing what I thought was extensive research, I purchased my 2023 Rogue in November. Just over 3000 miles in, there is a hesitation with the transmission when putting the car in Drive when the car is cold. When I say "cold", I mean not having been driven for several hours, not the temperature of the air around the car. I took it to the dealer for repair, and after almost 2 weeks, I got it back having had the Electronic Shift Control Unit replaced. Well, the same problem is occurring, though not as pronounced, so less than 24 hours later, the car is back in the shop. I'm anxiously awaiting the outcome. Even if it comes back working perfectly, I think I've lost faith in it especially since I've now found several unflattering reviews of the new Rogues detailing other issues that I saw nowhere in my previous research. Sad. I love everything else about this vehicle, especially its stylish exterior, but I don't think it's enough to save this car from an untimely trade-in.

Not worth the money

Transmission is sluggish entertainment system is locked up three times and the only way to resolve issues is to turn it off for the day fan system has shut off. I have to turn back on already recall 2023 on module not worth the money.

2023 Failed engine.

2023 Rogue Engine blew at 23k miles while on the interstate. Common problem aparantly. Buyer beware! The 3 cylinder 1.5. Nissan dropped the ball on this car.

Horrible in snow or on bumpy roads

I drove this Rogue in Nevada, Utah and Arizona. Worse car I’ve ever driven in snow, ice and in bumpy roads. I’ve driven Hondas, Jeeps, Chevys and Toyotas in similar conditions. They all did fine. This car is uncontrollable in bumpy conditions. Maybe a suspension issue.

Do your homework read all actual customer reviews.

Purchased a 2023 SL AWD with the SL Premium Package on December 5th car was built November 2023. I point this out because despite all the good reviews from Edmunds, Cars, etc... there have been numerous issues that I admit I missed regarding the PVC and 1.5 engine, and the recent investigation opened by NHTSA. Most of the consumer comments and ratings have been mixed some I think on the bad side are fake or posted multiple times by a user just changing their name. In retrospect would I have bought this had I looked at those reviews and seen the NHTSA probably not, but this is my last vehicle purchase and even not knowing about the 1.5 and the CVT transmission I purchased the full maintenance and extended warranty package so this car will cost me nothing to repair. All that aside I take Nissan word they addressed the L and bearing issue with the 1.5 and my dealer has sold 2000 units with only 3 engine failures and those were 2022. Yes, they gave me a big discount, yes there are still 57 units 2023 available at the dealership. I love all the toys, my leather seats and all the bells and whistles that come with the SL premium package and I am averaging north of 30mpg around town with AWD.

Do not get this SUV.

Just not a good vehicle, traded my 2020 for 2023, big mistake. They have gone nuts over technology, you have to think about most everything before you do it and the seating is the worst, hard as a rock, hurt my back, had to go to the ER, that bad.

2023 Nissan Rogue S AWD

I’ve had this car 5 months and about 5k miles. It’s done great on road trips and in the snow! Love it so far. Plenty of room in the back seat for 1-2 car seats

Love my Rogue

Purchased from Lancaster Nissan and very pleased with my buying experience and my experiences with the car so far. I downsized from a Nissan Armada and very happy with my decision and the dealership.

A/C issues

Dec 03 2023 Rogue SL CVT transmission1,000 miles A D V E R T I S E M E N T S Climant control set to 65 (or any setting) regardless of synch setting on or off and the car intermittently about every 30-60 minutes will reset the climate control to 75 degrees. No matter how many times it is reset, with or without synch setting, regardless of front, right passenger setting or rear settings, it reverts back to 75 degrees. Never resets to another number- always 75 degrees. Other sites have complaints about this posted and their cars are resetting at 75 degrees intermittently while driving also. It also does not matter the outside temperature. It has done this at outside temps above 90 degrees and below 60 degrees
