Not a good economy car
I bought my 05 Sentra 1.8S as my commuter. I loved the gas mileage and features it had for the price, it was overall great. Nissan did a great thing by naming this vehicle an economy car, because of the gas mileage. However, I have had a lot of mechanical problems since the begining. I've had problems ranging from sensors malfuntioning, to a gas tank leak. This vehicle is the most expensive economy car I've own yet. I have spent thousands of dollars now that the warrante has expired and the vehicle seems like it is in the shop every other week/ month. It is an unreliable vehicle. I do not recommend.

Most Reliable Car I've Owned
I've had this car for two years and it has never given me any trouble. Mileage is quite good (I've kept track with the onboard computer and it has averaged 31.7 since I bought it). The IPod plug in the stereo system is quite nice.

2nd Sentra I've owned.
These are great cars, they don't break down and they run strong. Great gas mileage, perfect for a new family or young drivers. They are great commuters and for the money you can't go wrong. Buy tires when needed and change the oil. Pretty much all you need to do.

Good for a first car
This was my first car. I've had it for a year now. Now it has to go. The tire size for this vehicle is RARE if you get alloy rims (195/55/16-Try to find it for under $100 per tire). I have been through so many problems with these tires, that I no longer want the car. It seems only Firestone makes the tires to fit this car. And we all know Firestone's reputation of quality. The engine is loud and has no horsepower. It's been fun, but I want a Chevy.
