Transmission fails

The transmissions on the latest Nissans are not reliable! The CVT type transmissions are not meant for hard driving and are likely to fail as mine did at 62,000 miles. Do NOT purchase this brand!!

Worst car ive ever owned

This car is uncomfortable for any distance traveling. The transmission scares my wife. The noises that come from it are worse than what you would expect from even a 20 year old vehicle let alone a 2 yr old model. And the lack of action on the part of nissan itself would make you want to pull your own hair out. What a mistake this purchase was and what is even worse is that we have to eat a ten thousand dollar loss just to get away from it as it holds NO resale value.

They used to run for ever. Not anymore

This car started having transmisssion problems at about 25,000 miles. They just replaced the transmission as the car is under warranty. The transmission is made in such a way that the owner can not even cgeck the fluid. It was purposely made that way so you would have to take it to the dealer to have it checked. It was hidden so deep i had to remove the inner fender well on driverside to pull the top off what would appear to be a dip stick but after removing the top i found there was no dip stick abd it looks like you would have a special tool to slip down into the tube to check fluid level. When they start doing things like that to their vehicles, i will stop buying them

The payments are on my budget

The car is very roomy. It?s an economical car with gas and parts. Good on miles. The seats are very comfortable. This car is good for a family of five.

My First Nissan

We went looking for car today and drove a Nissan home. I love the roominess of it and it has everything I want with the Bluetooth. I was surprised and happy to see it has a back up camera that was an added plus. Can't wait to see what other surprises are in store.

Thanks to the value, I could upgrade everything

I first became interested in this car after hearing commercials about it constantly. They were saying it had a new design with lots of room so I decided to check it out! I didn?t like the old design but I thought the new one was very cute. It was roomy, which was key because I?m a paraplegic and needed space to put my wheelchair. I wanted something at a reasonable price, which it was, but I knew I needed leather to slide across to make it easier to get in and out. In the end, I probably should?ve worked harder to get my price down by oh well. I?ve been extremely happy with my car because it?s a nice change to have something reliable. I?ve had it over two years now and I think my only complaint would be that it?s a really rough ride. I have been in the passenger seat letting my niece drive with her learners permit and it is so bumpy everywhere! Otherwise, I love my Nissan Sentra!

Most reliable car I've owned

This car met and exceeded my needs. No complaints so far. Handles well, and looks nice. Only problem I have noticed so far is that the breaks are fairly squeaky despite being in good condition.

Look elsewhere

At 8000 breaks were squealing badly, and has never gone away currently 21000 miles. Got checked couple times no issues with breaks. Gas tank filler shuts off while filling, nowhere close to being filled. No lights on doors so at night cant locate switches on doors. Push button start been giving us issues past 6 months and finally decided not to start. Turns out was break sensor near pedal. Was cheapest car to lease but would not buy nissan again

Two year and rusting

Engine and gear box are garbage and the thing is already rusting, but hey, I looks good... Manufactures warranty didn't cover the rust because I was over the mileage. Garbage warranty as well.
