Awesome truck!
Was shopping for a new truck to replace my piece of cr... 2016 Ram Ecodiesel. Wanted a reliable V8 gas engine, no turbos nor cylinder deactivation when I came open the Nissan Titan. Test drove it, loved it. I bought the Pro4X with the premium package. Did not car about sunroofs, or 10 inch infotainment systems, or other nonsense. The 5 year 160,000 km bumper warranty speaks for itself. Love the quality interior, the ride, towing capacity, engine performance. Fuel consumption in the city is brutal but a decent 20-21 mpg on the highway at 60-65 mph, which is about 85% of my driving. After 2 months of ownership, so far so good. The big 3 can kiss my you know what.

TRANSMISSION AND INFOTAINMENT HORRIBLE
I love a lot about this truck. HOWEVER THE TRANSMISSION IS HORRIBLE AND THERE IS NO FIX. Shift up too soon and then truck chugs for lack of power. No power in reverse. Often starts out in 3rd when you are merging and need full power. No updates that do any good. Navigation and radio 10 years behind the times. Terrible! Nissan Consumer Affairs not helpful at all. Factory inspector agrees with the problem and says that's the way it is. Too bad. Could be a real contender in full sized truck market. Horrible gas mileage. (10 mpg)

Value Proposition in the Truck Market
I bought this truck because Nissan trucks have a better warranty and are 10,000$ less than Ford, Chevy, Toyota, and Dodge for fully loaded trucks with leather and 4 wheel drive. Though they need to put in an 8 speed transmission and install the gas saving features others offer. The interior is nice but the seats could use more options for adjustment. The stereo is amazing sound wise with the Rockford Fosgate system and the bedliner and light on the cab for bed are awesome. I would like to see the radio be easier to tune in the XM mode and the nav system is a bit outdated. Lots of power and torque for towing and smooth ride. I would give all fives if the mileage was better and the front seat was more adjustable. But overall my passengers are impressed when they get in and drive with me. Most importantly I paid less for more truck and have a 5 year 100K Mile bumper to bumper warranty.

Happy with my choice
I bought my 2019 Titan 1 month ago, traded a 2004 F150 with 181K miles on it. Wanted to go back to Ford but too expensive and some reliability issues, test drove a Ram loved it but most reviews of reliability of the Ram are terrible. The Titan was well priced, the motor is STRONG, tons of power, love the looks inside and out. So far extremely happy with my choice. Reviews have all been great for it and most people say they have few reliability issues. Only bad thing I can say, I wish the seats were a little more comfortable, but otherwise it is a great truck.

very happy with my purchase
So far I am well pleased with my new truck. very well equipped, great power and handling, somewhat on the high end with price, but competitive with Ford and Chevy with same packages. one suggestion would be to raise the center console pad about 1 1/2" for the drivers right arm to rest on, feels lower than it should be.
