I have a 996 TT and it is pure joy. I'm lucky enough to have one with the 6 speed and the X50 Power kit so it is very QUICK! I've driven many naturally aspirated 996s, 997s, 991s and this is a whole different level of power. It feels immediate - and endless. Major shove back into the seat. Definitely a car that requires a driver to show RESTRAINT. I also love the exterior styling. It is more aggressive and more purposeful than the newer Turbos - which look a bit soft. Reliability has been excellent - but they do like to consume both fuel and tires. Also, I think the value of these cars on todays used market is insane - incredible bang for the buck. Highly recommend!

All around a great auto..perfect handling on that sharp curve. The performance of any Porsche is so far above any other sport car! Excellent handling, Beautiful body! Simple dash..leather is so soft And very comfortable for long distance.

Incredible acceleration, fabulous handling, precise steering make it the perfect fun car...or daily commuter for stress relief! And what a sound that engine gives!

I am a first time Porsche owner, but have owned Mercedes and BMW as well as other makes. I am very impressed with the quality and handling of this 911. In addition, it is economical. Our first road trip averaged 28.5 across the Oregon Cascades and back. Everyone should own a 911 once.

Amazing car to drive in terms of feedback. Makes you feel special like feeling their racing heritage. It is fast so you can loose your license or triple your insurance as fast. Repairs are very expensive though especially those to the engine because of the confined access.

Car handles exceptionally well and the performance of the engine and transmission are also excellent.

For the money, this Porsche has been a great value, if you don't count the silly cost of the tires. Tires on this car can easily run 15 cents a mile, but the reliability of this car has been great.

Porsche 911 Cabrio is the best overall sport car. Reliable and evrrything works even after 15 years. Very good handling and throttle response. I recommend this car for an affordable fun weekend car or daily driver.

Good fast car, few mechanical problems once you get all the updates done. This model of the 911, designated as 996 by Porsche, has a potentially bad shaft bearing, called IMS. Replace it for peace of mind. About $2500....

Great all around sports car. Very fast, reliable engine, great styling, good handling. Great resale value as well. Desirable car/model.
