2019 RAM 1500 consumer reviews

After 4 Fords and 3 Chevy's decided to try a 2019 Ram 1500. After the last 5 3/4 tons and a diesel it is nice to be in a half ton. This Ram is light years ahead of anything that I have owned in the comfort department. Seems to have plenty of power so far. I really like the interior and connectivity of the new truck. The seats are by far the most comfortable I have owned. Really like the air suspension too!

I have had three Chevy Silverados prior to owning this Dodge Ram so far this has been the nicest of all trucks I've ever owned comfortable and those well interior is very user-friendly body style very sleek a lot of truck for the money.

The 2019 RAM is a winner. With the nicest interior and ride of any pickup on the market, it's a pleasure to drive. I opted for the v6 which, with torque, moves the truck adequately. It's no sports car, but it does what I need it to do perfectly. I have a Mustang for go fast fun... This is my winter daily driver, and my gear hauler. The crew cab is spacious, and provides a level of comfort far beyond any truck I've ever experienced. I'm a Ford guy, but this truck was 5k less and I could get the configuration I wanted which ford didn't offer.

This 19' 1500 met all my expectations for comfort and ergonomics on all interior functions. Driving hours on end these features have helped a lot.

Bought my 1st 2019 Ram in Sept. 18. Just after 500 miles the steering locked up on turns. Ordered the part without the offer of a rental. A week later the called and said it would be over a month before they got the part. Nothing was done till I went in complaining and requested that they buy it back, wanted out of it. Then they took the part off another one. Had it for 4800 miles, intermittent no start, long crank, knock on start up, radio wont either turn on or off, backup cam in the AM inop, or during the day fuzzy. Finally decided on my dime to get out of it, leased another Laramie . I really love the truck, BUT 350 miles the headlights started to flash, all the warninig indicators came on, disabled the crusie, lane departure, front collision, remote start, parking brack etc! They sill have it 10 day later, very few calls, Ram blew me off stating the assistance didnt meet my states requirements, use the arbitration hand book! Their customer service is the worst! I have been a Auto Tech all my life, worked for both GM and Mopar. Certified ASE Master Tech for over 38 Years! GM Global master Tech! Never have I seen such bad customer service, this vehicle is just the result of poor quality materials, components and development and testing! Should have satayed with GM. Dont be fooled by looks or a road test!

The best Ram yet quite powerful and very dependable once you get behind the wheel all other pickups and big luxury SUVS cant compete ......................

Surprisingly this truck is very comfortable. I test drove the rebel and a Sierra Denali with the AT4 in mind as an option. The Rebel was much more comfortable and met all my needs in a truck!

Best interior styling of all the trucks we looked at. Nice big touch screen and friendly user interface. New exterior styling is awesome. Best bang for your buck too.

Had the rebel for a few weeks now, and I love it. Use to own a Jeep and I?m really happy I switched to the rebel.

The RAM 1500 has a lot to offer at a cost that is less than their competitions. The ride is the best I've every experienced in a truck. It truly rides like a sedan. The entire is spacious and has lots of storage space. It has hook-ups for all your electronics in the front and back. The display is large and I am able to connect with my android phone to play music, take or make phone calls or use the navigation app from my phone - there is no need to purchase an extra navigation system. It has a Hemi engine for great power but I still get 15 miles per gallon in city driving and 20 on the highway. When I haul my boat, I get 15 to 16 mpg. I've only had the RAM for 2 months but, so far, I have no regrets about this purchase.
