Not luxurious, but great performance

We recently bought a Forester. Our previous vehicle was a GMC Terrain. The Subaru feels like a much cheaper car from an interior view. The seats are no where near as comfortable as the Terrain, for example. But the performance is wonderful, and I'm looking forward to the legendary Subaru quality when it come to the mechanical performance.

Very Dependable, easy to drive and roomy

Always want a Subaru and this is the 3rd. Subaru car in my household. Smooth drive, panoramic windows and moon roof never had a problem looking trough the mirrors for cars on the side.

Roomy and reliable

It has plenty of legroom, rides very smooth, and is very roomy. My salesman said it was an excellent car to drive in Colorado mountains and for our severe weather.

2017 Forester XT Premium, cloth seats no nav

Easy to drive. Ride is smooth and handles rough bumpy roads like an old Cadillac. (Not choppy at all like pro review reads) The XT turbo has good acceleration at all speeds, as today almost all cars are under powered. Car stereo is pretty good. Visibility is good. Good clearance and off road traction. Has 3 driving modes. MPG average 25. The only negatives are the bottom seat cushion is firm and hurts after an hour. (Not sure if it will soften) Why this is not mentioned anywhere else? Next, why no memory seat settings in Premium model? And last, driver side does not have power seats? Why? These should all be standard.

Love this car

This car met most of my needs. It has plenty of USB ports. It sits up high which give me a better perspective on the road. It handles great on the hwy and excellent in the rain. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck.

We have owned a variety of cars in our lifetimes, and this new Forester Touring is the sweetest car of all. Not only does it have the latest in safety features, its plush interior is really comfortable. The smooth ride and quietness are delightful! We love it!

Just purchased it today - as recommended

Exactly what we were looking for - the Subaru Forester has an outstanding reputation for safety, reliability.....2 of my sisters own the same vehicle - and have owned Subaru's for years! We found one with all the bells and whistles we were looking for and the price was right. Great value!

Amazing so far!

This car is exactly what I was looking for. Big enough to provide safety feeling but not too huge. Comfortable amount of room on the inside and great functionality. The windows are large and provide practically no blind spots. This car does great in the mountains!
