2023 Subaru Forester consumer reviews

I was more interested in reliability and bang for the buck when I bought the 2023 Forester. Impressing other people with zero-to-sixty times and options that add no function purpose soon loose their appeal to me and I have already owned nearly every type of flashy car, from Mercedes Benz to BMW to Jeep and Lincoln. But their appeal wore thin after a year or two. The Subaru Forester is comfortable and versatile, a solid value that is practical for every day life. It's a keeper for many years to come, even if EVs eventually become practical and convenient (a long way off though). No regrets.

This is our third Subaru Forester and one of the best equipped cars in our research. Outstanding car design with top rated safety features! Only negative is outdated gps but carplay is seemless with Dongle.

This is our first Subaru. We have always bought Kia’s or Hyundai. We were impressed about all the features you get for the money. The only thing I would change is having a normal navigator system. It’s tricky but it didn’t keep me from buying this SUV.

I've only had my Subaru Forester for a little over a month now. I love everything about it! It is stylish, performance is great, very comfortable. It has so many great features in it. I really love the lane assist and the camera system that is like extra pairs of eyes for you. I will definitely buy another Subaru in the future.

Easy to drive. Accelerates well in traffic when needed. Love the back seat air conditioner. I also enjoy the heated seats feature for winter use.

Love the 2023 Forester Limited. No need to spend more on Touring Edition. This car has everything you need. Quiet ride, very nice stereo, comfortable leather seats, and great safety features. I live in Northern Minnesota so I wanted a car I could count on to get me through the snow. Performs like a champ getting through some major snow before the plow comes. Plenty of room inside for 4 people over 6 feet without feeling cramped. Good acceleration even loaded down. Sits up nice and high so visibility is very nice. Easy for older people to get in and out. Would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced SUV.

My Forester is the Touring trim and seats are plush and very comfortable, has all of the safety features. It is Not underpowered. The only complaint is the Blind Spot Monitoring needs an alarm in addition to the current light alerting you. Fun to drive and has the smoothest ride.

We love our 2023 Subaru Forester. This is the third Subaru Forester Touring that we have owned and the only criticism I can offer is the weak signal for the garage door opener.

We love the styling and the very comfortable ride. Wind noise is at a minimum. We got all the features we wanted. Very enjoyable to drive. Look forward to having this vehicle for forgot many years.

Just bought the '23 Touring version of the Forester. My, it is a vast upgrade from my 2015 Forester. Heavy doors, fabulous sound system, nice handling, and the technical features are fabulous. Favorite car of all time. Easy to drive. Safety features are top notch. SO pleased!!!
