Practical and luxurious

It was a toss-up between leasing a C-Class Mercedes a Volvo S80 or the Subaru Legacy Limited. Overall I'm incredibly happy with the Subaru! Sporty and aggressive styling. The Subaru eyesight is very impressive and I'm happy I got the fully loaded model with adaptive cruise control, eyesight and blind spot monitoring. The LED headlight package was worth it in my opinion as it totally changes the look of the car. Subaru has a great resale value and does not depreciate near as fast as Mercedes Benz or BMW. No worries with reliability considering it is brand new however no future fears with this brand. Overall I would give it a 8.5 out of 10. my only regret was not test driving the V6 Limited however I can't complain with nearly 32 miles per gallon in town currently

An excellent vehicle

The 2017 subaru legacy 2.5 i is an excellent drive. The engine is nice and powerful thus allowing you to take off smoothly and quickly from a stop. The vehicle supports transmission supports manumatic driving which can be quite enjoyable. The shift paddles are positioned nicely to move with the wheel thus allowing for easy shifting even during a turn. I somewhat dislike the wood paneling on the interior of the doors. The steering wheel based controls are excellently positioned for easy control of cruise control, hands free phone, and radio control. The lane assist works excellently and will steer you back in automatically. The auto adjusting cruise control excellently maintains the number of car lengths you set between yourself and the car ahead of you. My favorite part of the above features is that they can be turned off for the enthusiastic driver. Overall I quite like the Subaru Legacy and would highly recomend it.

A great sedan

It is a great car. I like many things it has. However, the trunk seems to be much smaller than my old 2012 Camry. If I look at the back of the car, it appears to be smaller than Camry or Accord. Also, I have found some engineering is not very precise. The gaps on the left and right of the lid are very different. The paddle shift is completely useless and a waste of money.

Outstanding safety, value, style, and reliability

We had a 2015 Legacy that saved our teen's life. We replaced with a 2017 Legacy. It's got even more safety features. Spacious. Great visibility. Love the heated seats and cornering lights without spending a fortune.

First Subaru I've owned we love it

Traded an Acura RL in on a Legacy Limited. I'm done owning Acura's too complicated and terrible riding. Everyone I spoke to said they love their Subaru and now I know why. Very user friendly controls,5 star safety rating, great fuel mileage and one of the best all wheel drive systems. No wonder their sales are so strong. Anybody looking for a great car at a reasonable price should look at Subaru.

My First Subaru...

Purchased my first Subaru Legacy Sport six weeks ago because of its many safety features...especially the all-wheel drive. I now found I also enjoy many other features ... it handles beautifully, is supremely quiet, and ... IT IS CUTE!

ver dependable car

This is my second Subaru Legacy. It is most enjoyable driving and handles well in most every situation. Buying another Subaru was a wise decision. I highly recommend buying a Subaru because they rank very high in performance and safety.

Amazing safety features

I drive 50 miles each way to work in eradic freeway traffic with many sudden stops. I choose the Subaru because of its Eyesight and other safety features. It took a few days to build up enough trust in the system to fully let it work. Now I set the variable cruise control at the speed limit and keep my feet off of both the gas and brake. It just works! It handles the freeway ebb and flow, including the sudden unexplained sudden traffic slowdowns and stops. The lane keeping features nudges if I drift near the lane edge of my lane. I appreciate the blind spot indicator on the side mirrors instead of the navigation display. The cross traffic backup warning works for both cars and people; a real help in the hectic parking lots on the military base where I work. There are many other "nice" features that make driving a joy.
