2019 Subaru Legacy consumer reviews

I have not had this vehicle for a long time but so far ... so good. Very comfortable. Stylish without being gaudy. Great gas mileage. Lacks a little power but I knew that going in. I especially like the safety features. The swiveling LED headlights are wonderful. The blind spot detection will save me from an accident for sure.

if your # 1 reason for owning a car is AWD capability. This car is practically unstoppable in snow. Starlink (tech) is touch and go with reliability. Seat comfort and ride quality are horrible, and NVH is the worst I've ever experienced in a modern car.

I have the 2019 Legacy 6cyl version and it's a fabulous car. I don't like the ostentatious styling and goofy cockpit interiors of many comparable mid size sedans . Consumer Reports can be off base from time to time but they are correct naming the Legacy the highest rated mid size sedan. The only "con" I can say about this car is the rather generic and conservative styling. However for me this isn't that big of deal, I'll take functionality over bling any day. This is a wonderful car that is very easy to live with. It does everything well and the 4wd and great record of reliability is an outstanding bonus. This is the last year of the 3.6 engine and that's too bad because it gives this car a feel of sophistication comparable to German imports costing $20-30k more.

This is the second Subaru I have purchased from Secor and Everet Dahlquist. I have previously owned 10 Subaru’s in the past. The safety, reliability, and sure footed traction make this a unbeatable combination. Outstanding leg room in the rear seats.

We had a legacy on a lease for 3 1/2 years. Got a 2019, smoother ride, has more get up and go, overall a better car.

This car is comfortable and beautiful. Unfortunately, it has had to be towed three times in the past month after it failed to start. It has been in the shop this time for a week. I don't want it back, but the dealership and Subaru of America apparently want it in their lot about as much as I want it in my garage. Mileage is 2,300.

Looking forward to driving it for a long time and enjoying the great gas mileage and great comfort. Also love the all wheel drive for bad weather.

The Legacy is great value for the price. Great gas mileage, great looks and great reliability. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, plenty roomy as well!
