My Reliable Silverfox

I have owned my 2005 Toyota Avalon since 2015 my "Silverfox" has 249,000 miles on her, yet she operates like new. Had a fender bender 2 yrs ago, got her fixed like new and will continue to pamper her. If the engine blows I"ll be looking for another engine, cause she's my reliable friend....IJS

28,000 mile Avalon

I am one of the lucky people who inherited a 2005 Toyota Avalon Touring model with only 16,000 miles on it! I've driven it for two years and now have 28,000 miles on it, but the car looks and drives like new. No issues other than needing a new battery and tires (not bad for a 17 year old car!

One of the best cars

I love this car. It just passed 188k and it drives beautifully. I will drive it as long as possible. Just wondering how long anyone else has owned a 2005 avalon touring sedan.

Am getting old wanted a good trip car

This car I could drive all day and still get out and not be worn out. Have taken it on many trips, Tennesee, St Louis , Florida South Carolina.Lake Erie. Have taken it on many road jobs. Plenty of room great fuel mileage. Smooth ride plenty of get up and go. Does have a small oil leak. However it not enough to worry about. Love this car.

Simply The Best !!!! of all the rest ...I had to

Hmmm . Best in all regards . Fuel Economy Average 31-37mpg Highway. No it is not a hybrid. 24-28 city. Rides like an old Caddy. Handles like a BMW 325. Plenty of punch. Back seats are huge and recline back. 180K Miles and do not want to change it . I tried the new one and ohhh what a disappointment. Come on Toyota , you can do it again , I hope . Have different newer Toyota`s . This exceeds all expectations. Magnificent Ride.

It's good to be back in a Toyota

This is a great car for me since I commute 80 miles a day to work. All my Toyotas have given me 300,000 miles, I hope this one will too. Buick, Lacrosse wouldn't give me 150,000 miles.

Nice Car!

Very nice interior! Plenty of power. Expect it will last over 300k miles with proper maintenance. Good gas mileage. Checks all the boxes for me.

Most reliable car I?ve owned

This car is a cloud with lazy boy seats that needed nothing along the years except for wear and tear items ... nothing really ever malfunctioned, handles well even in the snow ... if you want a trouble free reliable solid ride .. look to see what taxi drivers use.. there is a reason

Nicest most well equipped car I have ever owned

This car exceeds all my expectations. This was a one owner car and they treated it with kid gloves. If you are looking for a car of this vintage I would highly recommend it.
